KUK entrance exam 2022 will not be held for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The admissions will be based on merit scores obtained in Class 12 for UG courses, and obtained in Graduation degree for PG courses.
Kurukshetra University conducts the counselling process of KUK entrance exam in order to offer admission to the shortlisted candidates. Candidates can participate in the counselling rounds of KUK entrance exam 2022 as per the merit list and schedule shared by the university. Candidates have to carry the documents concerning academic qualification, category and other requirements. The candidates should also check the course fee and admission fee to be paid on the day of counselling beforehand. There will be at least three rounds of counselling process to fill the vacant seats at all the departments/ institutes.Â
Candidates must note that the university will only conduct the counselling rounds for BA LLB (Hons) 5 Yr, LLB (Professional) 3 Yr, BHM&CT, MTTM, MHM&CT, BPharmacy, BPharmacy (LEET), BA Mass Communication, BSc Graphics & Animation and BSc Multi-Media, MA (Business Economics) and MEd 2-Yr course. The seat allotment for other courses will be done by the concerned department or institute only.Â

KUK Entrance Exam 2022 Counselling Process
The counselling for KUK entrance exam 2022 for the listed courses will be conducted in the respective Departments/ Institutes of the University. Candidates can check the KUK University Counselling round details as mentioned below:
- Candidates need to be physically present on the day of KUK counselling as per the schedule shared by KUK.
- Candidates will be called for counselling one by one as per the rank/merit order released by Kurukshetra University.
- If a candidate fails to turn up for counselling for KUK admissions then he/she will be considered for admission to fill the remaining seats when he/she reports for KUK counselling.
- Aspirants have to present all their original certificates/documents/testimonials at the time of counselling. In case the candidate is found ineligible his/her candidature will be cancelled. Admission Slip will be issued only to the candidates found eligible by the Admission Committee.
- Candidates should carry their relevant original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of documents/certificates/testimonials. The counselling officials will return the original certificates to the candidates after verification. Candidates whose result for the qualifying examination is awaited, they can submit their result card/DMC on the day of counselling in the Department/Institute and they will be considered, subject to availability of vacant seats after al other candidates have been allotted seats.
- After the seat is allotted, candidates need to pay the admission-cum course fee as mentioned by the concerned department/ institute.Â
- Candidates can also withdraw from the allotted seat before the next round begins as per the instructions shared by the university. In such cases, some part of the fees may not be refunded to the candidate.Â
Documents required for KUK Entrance Exam 2022 Counselling
Candidates need to carry the following documents in original as well as photocopies on the day of counselling:Â
- KUK Entrance Exam 2022 Application Form as submittedÂ
- KUK Entrance Exam 2022 Admit Card as validated by invigilator on the exam day
- KUK Entrance Exam 2022 Call letterÂ
- Certificate of the Last Public Examination passed
- Certificate showing marks obtained and maximum marks in each subject of the qualifying examination(s) (for example, for admission to M.A., M.Sc., or M.Com. Courses, the self-attested photocopies of the DMCs of Bachelor Degree Part-I, II & III are required).
- Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate in support of the date of birth, and +2 certificate.
- Other certificates for claiming weightages (if any).
- Certificate on the prescribed proforma for candidates belonging to SC/BC/DFF/ESM/DA categories of Haryana, if applicable:
- Scheduled Caste (SC) Certificate (if applicable)
- Backward Class (BC) Certificate (if applicable)
- Joint Affidavit by the parents of BC candidates on the prescribed form (if applicable)
- Certificate in respect of Differently Abled (DA) Candidates (if applicable)
- Certificate required to be furnished by the children and grand-children of Freedom Fighters (DFF) (if applicable)
- Certificate from ESM and their wards (if applicable)
- Joint Affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs. 10/-duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission in KUK only (if applicable)
- Bonafide Resident Certificate (if applicable)
- Valid GATE/GPAT Score/ Rank Card (if applicable)
- Employer’s Certificate in case of employee (if applicable)
- Candidates seeking admission under Kashmiri Migrants seats need to submit the below-mentioned documents:
- Attested copy of migration certificate duly signed by the competent authority or Relief Commissioner.
- Proof of current residence such as Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Photo Identity Card/Voter Card, issued by the Election Commissioner, Driving License etc.Â
- Character Certificate
- Private candidates: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their character certificate duly signed by a First Class Magistrate.
- Candidates with Gaps in study
- Male candidates who have gaps in their academic career after the qualifying examination must furnish a certificate of gap AND character for the gap period duly attested by Notary Public.Â
- Male candidates who are/were in service during the gap period must furnish a certificate of employment from the employer AND should also furnish separately a character certificate of the gap period duly attested by Notary Public.
- Female candidates who have gaps in their academic career after the qualifying examination must furnish character certificate from the last institution attended.
- Candidates who have passed/appeared  in the qualifying examination in the past year must submit Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
