KUK Entrance Exam BFA Application Form 2022, Registration: Know How to Apply

The application forms is available as per the schedule below:

Candidates can apply for KUK admissions as per the simple steps mentioned below: 

• Visit the official website of KUK here - https://kukadmissions.in/ or direct link - https://iums.kuk.ac.in/anon_admissionHome.htm 
• Candidates need to click on 'New Registration' given under Important links on the left side of the desktop screen
• On clicking the link, the following registration form will open up as under: 

• Fill all the details and, click on register button 
• After this. candidates can proceed to fill the application form using registration ID and password 
• The candidates can fill details including, academic details, personal details and upload scanned documents such as photograph, signature, caste and category
• Thereafter candidates have to pay the application fee as mentioned for each course in online mode only using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking methods 
• Once, the payment status is OK then candidates can submit the application form, and download the copy future references. 

The candidates need to pay the application fee as under for their respective category: 

Candidates need to upload the following documents (size not more than 500 KB) in the online application form of KUK admissions 2022:

• Scanned photograph in jpg/jpeg format.
• Image of scanned signature In jpg/jpeg format
• Image of scanned Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate in support of the date of birth and marks.
• Image of scanned 10+2 or equivalent examination certificate in support of the marks.
• Image of scanned Certificate showing marks obtained and maximum marks in the qualifying examination(s).
• Image of scanned Certificate on the prescribed proforma for candidates belonging to SC/ BC/ EWSs/ DFF/ ESM/ DA categories of Haryana
• Image of scanned Income Certificate of Parental Income from all sources, in case of Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) quota and BC (A) & (B) Category candidates.
• Image of scanned Joint Affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs. 10/-duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission In KUK only, as per Annexure if applicable.
• Image of scanned self-declaration will also be given by the eligible applicant that she is the only single girl child/only two girl children of her real parents with no male child.
• Image of scanned Bonafide Resident Certificate as per Appendix, if applicable. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from a University in the State of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit a certificate of the bonafide resident of Haryana as per guidelines of Appendix.
• Image of scanned Valid GATE/GPAT Score/ Rank Cardi if applicable.
• Image of scanned Employer's Certificate In case of an employee, if applicable
• Image of Migration Certificate and proof of current residence of Kashmiri Migrants.
• Image of Domicile Certificate of Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmir Valley.
• Character Certificate as per the following details:

Private Candidates: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their character certificate duly signed by a First Class Magistrate.
Candidates who have recently qualified: Candidates who have passed/appeared in the qualifying examination in 2022 session must submit Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended as per specimen given in Annexure.
