Placements: At least 20%-30% of students are placed in good companies with decent compensation. The highest salary package offered was by ServiceNow at 42 LPA, and the lowest salary was 10,000 per month for internships. Top recruiters include Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, and Bangalore-based startups. I think the majority of people got internships with decent companies, but the compensation was not enough. Positions included Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, and Production Manager.
Placements: Less than 5% of students got placed in a few good companies. Most advertised placements are off-campus. LPU just use them for publicity. Top mass recruiting companies are Cognizant and Infosys. Internships are often with contacts from seniors and not from the university itself. Many top roles are offered to students.
Placements: University education and skills providing is very weak it only look for business not for student growth. There is no placement even being good in academic, extra curricular activities, tech, research. They are very ignorant to international placement by giving then fake sympathy.
Placements: Placements in LPU are very poor. You can get placed with a salary package varying from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. If you are good at communication you may get a salary package of around 4 LPA. If you have cracked JEE advance and dropped IIT and Join LPU in electrical engineering then you may get a salary package of 5 LPA. Don't expect that you will get placed in a good company. Out of 1000 students in electrical, only 15-18 students get placed in good companies at below-average salary packages.
Placements: There are around 20,000 students currently pursuing B.Tech in CS on the campus. More than 6,000 admissions are made every year in CS branch only. The only thing that matter is the students' marks. They keep us busy in academics so that we get no time for extracurricular activities. If you want a good campus life, then I suggest not to opt for this college.
Placements: There are no placements for foreign students, and I am from Nepal, so I am not eligible for any placement drives till now inside the campus. So I would request students who are from foreign countries, it is not good to take admission in LPU. I would suggest not to join LPU who are from Nepal.
Placements: Low packages are provided to students. The students are not getting placed for the jobs related to their course and the ones placed are getting kicked out from the job after some time which shows clearly that they where placed only for the namesake of the university.
Placements: Nearly 30% of the students were placed in the course. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Tata is the only good company that visits LPU mechanical school. Production engineer is the top role offered. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. Almost 20% of them got internships. Most of them would decide to do an internship on their own without the help of the university.
Placements: Placements in our college are good, but due to the high strength, the placement chances are very low. In the CSE department, only the 2020 pass out batch has around 2500 students. If you want to get placed, then you should be a topper in the college. It's very difficult for an average and also clever students to get placed.
Placements: In my opinion, the placements of LPU are good enough for those who study. The placement cell of LPU is moderately good. They train students from the beginning to get placed in companies. The maximum salary package offered was around 21 lacs per annum, and the minimum was 2 lacs per annum. My seniors whom I know got placed with packages around 10 lacs per annum. There is a placement cell in the college that is good for students and provides every help to get placed.
Placements: I didn't attend many placement classes as I wasn't much interested in those. The companies that conducted recruitment drives didn't provide good offers, and I wasn't pleased much from those even. I would rather go for off-campus placements or start up my own venture. I am not satisfied with the job offer of Rs. 20,000 salary per month as I won't be able to save any single penny for my future plans.
Placements: If you are looking for the placements at the private university, then the placement graph of our college is inversely proportional to advertisements. If you are serious about getting a job, then you have to get it on your own. You might see some companies in the starting restoring your faith in the university for a while. Once you get familiar, then their PEP is the only one to drive you.
Placements: Only 5% of the whole department get placed irrespective of their core or subject. There are completely different job roles offered like software, BPO. You can't even see a single company belonging to your stream. There are no internships provided by the campus.
Placements: According to the mass population which this University holds, placements are close to None. Don't expect MNCs like Amazon, Google. Only companies I've heard about in 2 years is Cognizant. They make you pay for Placement Drive classes even if you are not even capable of sitting in placements.
Placements: The average placement package of this college is 1.8 lacs per annum for each student. The maximum package offered in the last year was Rs. 26.87 lacs per annum, but no one was able to club it. The maximum package at which students are placed varies in the range of 4.5 lacs to 9 lacs per annum.
Placements: The placement is the word seems familiar to our parents because of the advertisements they are seeing that they are saying 100% placement guarantee. But there is no such atmosphere of the placements. They prepare us like a warrior preparing for the battle, but after preparing there is no battle, i.e., there are no placements. Out of 100, only one to two is getting placed, and the remaining are the jobless.
Placements: Not even satisfactory. Neither the companies' nor the students' fault (up to some extent). I would say it's the college's or the university's fault to give admission to such a number of students! Don't know whether we'll be placed or not. Average companies with below average packages come to hire.
Placements: Lovely Professional University is not good in terms of placement. It shows fake news and rumours around that it provides the highest placement in the northern universities in India. There is only Cognizant coming for recruitment on the campus. It selects students in bulk and after selection, it does not send the offer letter or any joining letter. No other company comes for recruitment on the campus.
Placements: Placements were not that good. Around 30-40% students were placed but the package is not that good. The package is around 1.2L per annum to 6L per annum. The average is around 2.5L. Best companies so far are Cognizant, Amazon, etc. Roles offered were that of software engineer, tester, etc. Percentage of students who got an internship were very low, around 10-15%. The highest stipend was 35K and the average was around 25K.
Placements: Placements were abysmal. Asahi India Glass Ltd. visited LPU campus to recruit just 4 candidates offering a salary of 2.75 lpa. These four candidates were also asked to sign a bond for a period of 3 years by depositing a sum of 1.5 lacs in a fixed deposit. Percentage of students placed were way too low overall. I mean you can make out yourself that out of 2000 students from final year of mechanical engineering department, only around 100-150 were placed that too in a non-core company Cognizant. Se...
