Madurai Kamaraj University cutoff 2023 for the MBA course is based on TANCET MBA scores followed by round-wise counselling. Also, the university offers admission through various affiliated colleges. Candidates seeking admission to Madurai Kamaraj University MBA course must have a valid score to be eligible for further rounds. As per the TANCET cutoff 2023, the TANCET score for Fatima College stood at 6942, whereas for Nadar Mahajana Sangam S. Vellaichamy Nadar College it was 6276 and Senthil Kumar Nadar College Virudhunagar it was 5855 for the MBA courses. On analysing the cutiff trend with that of past year, it can be concluded that the Fatima College has seen a fluctuating trend for the MBA admissions. All the ranks mentioned before are for the General category All India candidates. 

To join Madurai Kamaraj University, you must first see the eligibility criteria for your programme, i.e., 10+2+3… for P.G. etc. courses. To begin with, go to the official website of the university after which complete the application form online. Finally, upload the required documents and pay the registration fee, unless exempted. For entrance-based programmes, please appear for the entrance test in the mentioned centres as your selection will be based on the entrance test and academic performances. Students must possess a relevant bachelor’s degree from any recognized college, for admission to the MSc Psychology course in Madurai Kamaraj University. Furthermore, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 55% aggregated marks to qualify for admission.

Madurai Kamaraj University offers a vast range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to students, including 44 PG, 40 MPhil, 57 PhD programmes, and 17 diploma/ PG diploma/certificate courses. The courses include MBA. MSc, BSc, BCom, MA, BA, MCom, BCA, UG Diploma, etc. Candidates also need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for MKU admissions.

Admission to the undergraduate programmes at Madurai Kamaraj University is given on merit basis, whereas the postgraduate programs require candidates to qualify for the university-level entrance examination. Also, a few courses may require you to attend group discussions & personal interviews conducted by the university.

XAT 2025 will be held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which is January 5. The exam date was officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024. The announcement was made at the XATONLINE website. The exam will be held in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process will go on until the first week of December 2024. Candidates will be required to fill the online application form before the deadline to be eligible to appear for XAT 2025.

The fee structure for applying to the MSc course at MKU varies depending on the type of program. For non-entrance programmes, the registration fee is INR 300/- per programme, while for entrance-based PG programs, including entrance examination fees if applicable, the fee is INR 800/-. However, SC/ST and Christian AdiDravidar students are exempted from paying the registration and entrance examination fees for one programme.
