Good faculty is leaving the college.
Placements: There is a lot of hype about placements at NALSAR and I must say that the hype is true. You cannot expect better packages anywhere else than NALSAR as they offer you good 14-16 LPA packages on average and yes it goes up to 20 LPA. Even the lowest packages I heard were around 10-11 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is a little bit of space crunch in the hostel due to which the administration has been working to make new floors on the existing hostels to resolve this space crunch, other than that the hostel facilities are decently good as they get cleaned regularly both the washrooms and the corridors.
Faculty: The teachers were really qualified when I joined NALSAR when Faizan Mustafa was the Vice-Chancellor and since then it has been going downhill. The faculty which made NALSAR what it is are leaving and it is making things worse for the students every passing year.

The best law college of India.
Placements: Internships have to be done in lower and high courts in your first few semesters after which you upgrade yourself to tier 3 and tier 2 law firms and then reach the Tier 1 law firms in which the internship committee helps you too. The placements are great and you get good jobs with decent packages.
Infrastructure: The campus has all the basic necessities and facilities available inside the campus itself. The campus is not that huge but is decently big enough. They take care of your basic needs like washing machines, sanitary pads in washrooms, and other necessary things.
Faculty: The semester exams are not difficult. In the first two years, the exams are closed-book since they are generally B.A. subjects but once you get into law subjects they are either open-book or you are provided with bare facts so it becomes easier to pass the exams.

The second-best law school in the nation.
Placements: Tier-one law firms come to hire students every year, giving placements with an average package of 12 LPA. Everyone does an internship during their semester break in order to learn about the legal environment from the very first year of college and even in law firms in the third year or above.
Infrastructure: Overall, the facilities provided are good and meet industry standards. Even better than standards in a lot of aspects, honesty. A turf is also newly built on the campus, but you don't really see the league, and all this is happening often, like in other colleges.
Faculty: The course is very well drafted and gives you more practical knowledge than just summarizing a few things and writing them as they are in an exam. The exams are mostly subjective questions with an approach to thinking critically and analyzing things. Though it is easy to pass exams.

The best law college of India.
Placements: The internships in first and second year are majorly on you to apply and get them, but since you are in NALSAR, you get accepted for internships. From third year, the internship coordination committee helps you get internships in big firms like SAM, CAM, and more.
Infrastructure: There is only one building in the academic block, but it is a big one where you have both law and management students, but the areas of the same are separate. You have Cafe Coffee Day in the academic block if you feel sleepy during the class, and the washrooms and everything are clean too.
Faculty: The teachers are great. In the first two years, you have to study B.A. subjects too since it is a dual degree, but after that, your course revolves only around the law course and law subjects unless you choose electives, which are focused on other things and subjects.

National Academy of Legal Studies and Research.
Placements: Placements are on record at 100%, but the way that 100% is established is a bit of shady work on the inside. The RCC tasks you to withdraw applications if you do not get placed, and that is how that comes in. Otherwise, very nice placements, and good packages too.
Infrastructure: Top-notch facilities that are on par with any good private college. You will like it here, as it is the second-best law college in India. Everything is nice, including the mess, food, health center, and more. Though everything is managed by students, there is not much involvement from staff or faculty.
Faculty: The faculty's only job here is to teach, and they do that well. Most of the faculty members are really experienced and are considered the best all over India, not just inside the premises of the college, because they have edited or written books that are studied by students all across the country.
Other: Toxic. Too toxic.
