As per the National Law University Delhi admission guidelines, the eligibility criteria for BA LB (Hons) requires candidates must have a 45% in their Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination. In the case of SC/ST/Person with Disability, 42% is also eligible. The same eligibility criteria are valid for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) exam 2025. However, having a valid BA LLB (Hons) eligibility criteria is not enough for admission to NLU. Students willing to secure BA LLB seats at NLU must appear for the AIET exam 2025.

General - 93.25 marks
Scheduled Caste - 59.75 marks
Scheduled Tribe - 58.5 marks
Persons with Disabilities - 64 marks
Kashmir Migrant - 35.25 marks

Each year consists of two semesters and a minimum of 90 working days. National Law University Delhi BA LLB programme is approved by the Bar Council of India  (BCI). NLU Delhi BA LLB is available in four major specialised areas namely Business Law, Criminal Law, International Law, and Intellectual Property Law. 

For admission to the BA LLB (Hons) course, candidates must appear for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) conducted by the university.
