The North Maharashtra University.
Placements: Placement is not available for other streams, except computer science. We feel that we have only four companies come as campus placements. Infra NEST, Lupin, A Chemical, and Morr are those companies whose packages were 3.5 LPA. Only 20% of students get jobs, and only management is playing with the future of students. Internships were given through the summer internship program.
Infrastructure: There are not proper facilities provided by the college; we do not have a canteen on campus; washrooms have a cleaning issue. The library gives books for only 24 hours, there is no Wi-Fi, and classroom benches are in bad condition. Hostel is available on campus; they give B.Ed. fans and tables. Mess is different; the menu is 1 bhaji, 3 chapati, price, and curry in sufficient amounts.
Faculty: Teachers are taught from textbooks; some use reference books. The admissions process is very lengthy; all documents are required. The course curriculum is very old. I work in industry now and realized in college that the technology they teach is very old. They need to change their syllabus. Exams are very easy; all questions come from TechU publications.
Other: I mentioned a few problems, but if they get resolved, the college will become good.
