Osmania University ME, MTech Admission 2022

The University offers a two-year full-time MTech in three specialisations and ME in five specialisations. Osmania University MTech and ME admissions are based on valid GATE/ TS EAMCET scores. The minimum eligibility criteria of both the courses are given below:

Course	Specialisation	Eligibility Criteria
MTech	Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology	Passed BTech or its equivalent from a recognised university
ME	Electronics and Communication, Civil, Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical	Passed BE or its equivalent from a recognised university

OU also offers part-time ME for a three-year duration. Candidates, who meet the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and have a minimum of two years of work experience, can apply for admission to the part-time ME programme. The University conducts an entrance test to admit candidates to this programme.
