CPGET 2025 Syllabus - Osmania University provides the CPGET syllabus on its official website. CPGET syllabus 2025 is also provided on this page. All the questions in the exam are framed based on the CPGET syllabus prescribed by the university so students must check it out well before the exam. Q: What is CPGET all about?
The Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (CPGET) is an entrance exam conducted by Osmania University. Candidates can secure admission to various PG, PGD (postgraduate diploma) courses and five-year integrated courses which are offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities by giving this entrance exam. It was named Osmania University Common Entrance Test )OUCET) first but is now recognised as CPGET by the Osmania University. However, it is still commonly referred to as OUCET.

Q: What is the exam pattern for CPGET?
The CPGET pattern is decided by Osmania University, the exam body. According to the pattern, the duration of CPGET will be 90 minutes and the entrance test consists of 100 questions. The total marks for the CPGET exam are 100. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and there is no negative marking.
