I'm satisfied with the fee and facilities of the college. Everything in the college seems proper.
Placements: Placements provided in our college were not much good. Approximately 40% of the students got placed through college placements. Last year, only DRL visited and offered the placements to students. DRL offered the role for placed students in the R & D department with an average salary package of 4 LPA. The rest majority of the students were looking for off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities like classrooms, library, and Wi-Fi are available. Every semester, sports events are conducted regularly. Infrastructure is not that good when compared with private institutions, but all the chemicals and instruments are available. Quality of food served in the canteen is average. Hostel rooms are spacious and good.
Faculty: There are well-qualified staff members. They use presentations and blackboard to teach. The industry exposure is very less in terms of the internship, but regular lectures are being organised to sensitise students about industrial exposure. The curriculum is really very helpful. We have regular MSD for labs and theoretical concepts.

This is one of the best institutes.
Placements: The placements of the college for the past 2-3 years have not been very great. Only a few companies visit our campus, and the number of students placed is very less. Last year, the placement record was not even 50%. However, efforts are being made for better placements this year.
Infrastructure: The department is working on providing students with the best facilities like new machines and equipment in the lab. The students are provided with sufficient amount of chemicals to work with so that they get hands-on experience of working in labs and industry.
Faculty: The faculty members and professors are well-educated. They deliver the best to the students. The new PCI syllabus that has been adopted is lacking in providing knowledge of some new topics. There is the repetition of many topics that have already been covered in the Bachelor's course.
Other: The level of research that is being done here is amazing.

A review on Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Placements: Only a few placements are provided in our college. Seniors were placed well. Companies come to provide training in the second year of the master of pharmacy, and mostly, trainees get placed in the companies. So overall, it's a satisfactory experience. The campus placements are highest for University Business School, PU. Campus placements in pharmacy are less at present, but the chances of getting placed in off-campus placements after their degree from University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is 100% even after B. Pharmacy. My graduation batchmates are currently pursuing their postgraduation, and are already placed well in renowned pharmaceutical companies. IMS, Bangalore offered us training during our graduation course and few students were selected for the same.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available, from well-equipped labs to a wonderful collection of relevant books in the very famous AC Joshi library. Panjab University was established in 1948 in Chandigarh, so the classrooms and infrastructure are old but are maintained well. You can learn different languages in your main course as a supplementary subject. You can enrol yourself in games and sports, and the university has all the facilities. There is a gymnasium hall, shooting range, basketball court, football ground, etc., for sports.
Faculty: The faculty for pharmacy in our university are renowned and won national awards in their field. The course curriculum is as per Pharmacy Council of India. Masters students get scholarships from AICTE for qualifying GPAT. There are specialists in every field like pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, analytical chemistry, biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics, pharmacognosy, pharmacology, etc.
Other: The campus is beautiful. The college provides hostel facility on campus. An eating hub is a good centre for students, and it is a nice place to hang out with friends. Scitron (Science fest), Vimarsh (annual fest), Cyanide fest, etc., are conducted every year with star nights and a lot of different events to participate. Different scholarships are available for students of weaker sections.

The best institute if you want to learn something.
Placements: The placements here have improved a lot from last few years. Around 94% of the students get placed with an average package of 3-4 Lacs per annum. Most of the students are selected according to their capability. There is a placement cell which takes care of all the placements.
Infrastructure: The university has the best facilities like fast speed Wi-Fi. The library is very spacious with a great environment to study. There is an annual sports event which takes place every year. The hostel rooms are average. The labs are average in infrastructure but best in terms of availability of equipment and lab chemicals. The university has the best connectivity and is situated in a beautiful city of Chandigarh.
Faculty: This institute is ranked 2nd among the government institutes from all over India. The teachers are highly qualified with vast knowledge about their respective subjects. The student to faculty ratio is 15:1. The teachers are available anytime and are always ready to help us.

Other: I was delighted to be a part of UIPS. It was really an amazing and a wonderful experience because of my friends and our faculty. I got many chances to attend many conferences during my course. My seniors were encouraging and were very open to share new ideas and to provide help during lab work. Luckily, I got placed in a multinational company.

It is a good college, and you can take admission here blindly.
Placements: Placements are good. About 90% of students are placed. MNCs visit the college and offer higher salary packages. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Companies also visit the college to provide internships, and they give students better exposure. Top recruiting companies are Viatris, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge and attractive. Facilities and the infrastructure are great. Food is good and affordable. Hostel quality is good, and they have air conditioning in the mess. They provide good food, which is less spicy. The mess staff are good and humble. They help us. They serve the food in a good way.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, especially for research purposes. The quality of education is great. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are difficult. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I chose this course because I get continuous growth in my career.
