Review of Rayat Bahra, Hoshiarpur Campus.
Placements: Placements are available in our college. You can opt for off-campus placements. Companies visit our college for internships in the third semester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It is spread over many acres of land. Our college has a ground and a huge canteen. The campus is highly hygienic and neat. The parking facility is available on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified. They teach very interesting topics in every class. They are postgraduates and Ph.D. holders. They are very understanding and help us to understand things well. The principle is very good and understanding.
Other: Our campus crowd is not very much. Our college conducts extracurricular activities. I would recommend joining this college.

Our college is affiliated with Punjab University and supported by Punjab government and UGC.
Placements: 70-75% of students are placed in our course. B.A. B.Ed (4 years) package is 40000/+usual + University charges. 70-75% students got internship from our course in government schools and international schools.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities available in the college like with a vision to make students aware of teaching of ten Gurus and to inculcate moral values among there Gurudwara Sahib is built in the college campus The college library has the distinction of housing vast collection of books of varying subjects. To make the students practically sound along with acquiring theoretical base in various subjects, the college offers the facility of laboratories to the students to perform various practical. Our college has total 13 labs. For the refreshment and recreation of students, canteen facility is available in the college. Our college campus has a Girls' hostel to provide the facility of accommodation to the girls students from far off places. Mess is also available in the hostel.
Faculty: All teacher in our college were so good and supportive in there academic as well as extracurricular activities. The course is curriculum relevant and it makes students industry ready. Semester exams in our college are not very tough. If a student has been regular in his/her semester then he can easily pass with good a percentage like 80-90%.
Other: I chose integrated B.A. B.Ed course. The best things in this course I get to degrees B.A. and B.Ed in 4 years that's why I chose this course. To unfold the hidden talent of the students, the various cultural activities, Events, fest are organized from time to time. There are many scholarship offered to each and every student like post-matric scholarship for students belonging to minorities, scheme, post graduate Indira Gandhi scholarship for single girl child, Punjab state merit scholarship etc.

    My college experience?
Placements: In my course, there are 25 students. The lowest average package offered in my college was 30,000. Earlier, students did a 6-month internship in teaching, where they learned new things like how to teach and gained knowledge about the field. They sent us to a government school for the internship.
Infrastructure: We have a computer lab, a physics lab, and a huge library. During free time, students go to the library to read books. In the canteen, we have yummy spring rolls, and there is also Wi-Fi in our college. The hostel rooms are fine; we have both AC and non-AC hostels.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well-qualified and helpful. They use a moral method for teaching. In a year, we have two semesters, and students need to study on their own to get good marks. They should issue books from the library. The level of the semester exams is moderate. All the best!
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a teacher and gain knowledge about life. They also have a youth fest in October with different colleges.

Our campus life is great, and teachers are hardworking.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements for B.Ed courses. Mostly students apply for government schools through TET. Internships are mandatory for 6 months in the 3rd semester which is provided by this college in government schools. Students are appointed as teachers if they qualify TET.
Infrastructure: Classrooms do not have air-conditioners, but they are clean with good seating arrangements. Wi-Fi is not available on campus. It also provides a good library. Hostel food is average, and the staff is corporate with students. Medical facilities are available. Yoga is performed by students. The sports event is held every year. Canteen serves some snacks as well.
Faculty: Faculty members are great. They are well-educated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is 10 out of 10. Our course curriculum is perfect, and it makes students ready for the industry. semester exams are difficult, and textbook knowledge is preferred.
Other: I chose this course as I want to pursue my career as a teacher. This course teaches how to handle children, remember things, etc. There should be less load of artistic works. Events like NGOs visit every month, and our campus is green. Prizes including money are given to students if they perform well in extracurricular activities.

Offered by Government College of Education, Chandigarh

Our college is the best in all things, but not in the canteen.
Placements: Around 64% of the students got placed, and some of them want to go abroad for further studies. The lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA, the highest salary package offered is 11.8 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Many of them got an internship with a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month and some students got it in Bangalore.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good. Classrooms and library are good, and the quality is also very good for men and women. Sports facilities are good, and they organise tournaments. Medical facilities are very poor, and the canteen is also not good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, very helpful and well-knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't make students ready. Teachers give their advice on what to do. Students should make themselves ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like that stream. I wish our college to improve the canteen facilities. Events and all are normal.
