No, candidates cannot join Ranchi University directly. It's only after fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the particular course they can get admission in to this university. Most courses are entrance based and hence, this will require the candidate to appear in that particular exam. Admission will be based on the cut-off margins of the scores obtained in the exam.
