Q: Is B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering course offered at RK University?

No, RK University does not provide a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering; instead, it offers Computer Engineering. Which is also the same as CSE, but the primary distinction between the two is that CSE focuses more on software than hardware, whilst CE is more focused on electrical topics. As a result, there are significant differences between the two, so you should make your decision appropriately. But perhaps in the future they will offer CSE, as it is currently CE exclusively. Therefore, if you wanted to study CSE, you could check with the institution to see whether it was offered. If not, there are other colleges you could go. And there is Lab facilities with good system and fully airconditioned. And the faculty is friendly. They will guide you in a proper way.

I am very satisfied with faculty members and placements of this college.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in this course. The minimum salary offered was Rs 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Pyther, Keypress, etc. Top roles offered are web developer, data administrator, etc. You can also be a game developer and work in cybersecurity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The food quality is average. Sports are conducted. The food served in the canteen is good. Mess is also available. High-speed internet is available. There is a decent library in this college. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. Semester exams are easy. If we study well, we can score good marks. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. If you are caught cheating or other misconduct, either your exam gets canceled or you can be expelled from this university.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it.

Study and atmosphere at RKU.
Placements: There is nice management for placement who will help you anytime and anywhere. Also, one course is also provided by the university on how to interact and how to appear in the interview which is an excellent work. The placement officer is also a very good person, and he can help a student at any time. If you want to go, then go for it. Most of the MNCs visit and recruiters are also very good from different places.
Infrastructure: PK provides free Wi-Fi facility and sufficient classrooms which can accommodate 70 students. Also, the library is good. The medical facilities are provided in the physiotherapy building. The ground is also there for sports. Games like chess and badminton also provided in RKU, so if you want to go, then go for it, and make your future.
Faculty: The faculty members mostly interact in English language only in civil engineering. But in another branch, there will be Hindi or Gujarati, and in very rare cases, they use the English language. So, it is very nice if you can handle Gujrati. Otherwise, you have to go to another college. The course will be completed as per the syllabus in particular time.
Other: The college atmosphere is excellent. There is a very short distance from the city where you don't have to be stuck in the traffic or any other obstacles.

Overall, this university is average.
Placements: It is very good for the computer branch but not for civil engineering. For mechanical, we have good placements. The average salary offered by companies is about 120,000 per annum. The students got the internship in many industries.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, library and net labs are very good but Wi-Fi is not given to the student. The food is very costly. The hostel and classrooms are very good, but the hostel food is very bad. We do not have any sports room or any type of equipment. The university does not organise any event or a good cultural activity as well.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable, qualified and very experienced. They have an industrial experience also for civil engineering, but the teaching method is very bad. The teachers are using PPTs to explain but do bad work so we face a problem to understand the topic. The exam pattern is very bad as it is changed in a short time so the students face a problem to give exams.

My Experience with RK university .
Placements: The placement rate for this college is quite low. Most of the candidates were placed during campus interviews and got an average Rs 3–4 LPA package, which is quite good. Besides this, for our batch, the highest package was Rs. 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was all good and it's well constructed. We have all kinds of facilities, including audio-visual classrooms, smart boards, well-designed and well-equipped labs, as well as a huge library with tonnes of books, journals, etc. Besides this, we have a large campus also.
Faculty: All the faculty are very humble and helpful to all the students. They are highly qualified and most of them are Ph.D. holders in their respective fields. The course curriculum is quite good, but I hope it could be better up to the high academic standards.
Other: Best private University across saurashtra region.
