Review of SASTRA Deemed University.

Placements: Nearly 97% of the students have been getting placed every year. Nearly half of the percentage of students in the mechanical department is getting placed in the core field. Many of our college mates got placed with decent salary packages all around the globe. The college also provides yearly internships for all students to provide additional knowledge about their courses.

Absolutely satisfied with our placements, facilities and faculty.

Placements: The college provides 100% placements. Every student gets an IT job. Very few students get placements in core companies. The salary package offered varies for everyone. The average salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. At least 150 companies visit our college for recruitment.

I am very much satisfied with this university in terms of all things.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. You will get placed in core companies depending upon your skills and studies. Otherwise, you will get a job in TCS. SASTRA will make sure that you will get a job in one or the other company. Again it all depends on you in which company you will get a job. Companies like eBay, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Cyprus, Capgemini, etc., visit the campus to hire the students. Apart from all those, at least you will get placed in TCS.

I am absolutely satisfied with the facilities, placements and all in all it is a best college.

Placements: As per placements, this is one of the best universities in India. Almost all the students will have a minimum of two job opportunities by the end of their course with a decent package. This is one of the biggest positive quality of the college.

According to me, one can have 70% studies and 30% enjoyment in this college.

Placements: This year, nearly 85% of the students got placed. Those who were not placed were interested to pursue MS abroad and prepared for some other government jobs. Companies which visited the campus on Day-1 have recruited students in bulk. On Day-1, the college has invited top 4 companies in the IT industry, like TCS, Infosys, CTS and Wipro.

The college has good placements and better faculty.

Placements: Almost all the students from School of Computing are placed in various companies, mostly in TCS. If you have good programming and technical skills, you can get placed in Zoho, Paypal, etc. One of my seniors got placed with a package of 20 LPA. So, we have to concentrate on any of the programming languages more to get the right placement offer.

Placements: The college provides great placements. You get to see a lot of companies on the campus. Most of the students get placed, and everyone will have at least one job offer in their hand. We have a good training and placement department in the college. They help you sort out all your queries at any time.

SASTRA is worth the money you pay.

Placements: The placements are pretty good. But, as in the whole country and all institutions, placements are mostly offered for IT, CSE and ICT departments, and not much for other core branches. Placements provided might be few, but they are guaranteed. Definitely, 75% of the placements are done by TCS and a few other mass recruiters.

Placements: For my seniors out of 30, 12 students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Not all companies visit our campus. The roles offered were Product Execute, Analyzer, Marketing. Students who got placed in companies are leading their careers beautifully and happily, and also enjoying their workplace.

Placements: Placements at this university were good for all branches. But, compared to the core companies, many product and service-based IT companies visit and recruit people in large numbers. The percentage of students getting placed in various companies will be at least 90% every year.
