For medical courses like MBBS, it's not possible to get admission without appearing for the NEET exam. Without qualification for entrance exams, one would not be eligible for admission. For the academic year 2024, Saveetha University has not specified the deadlines for any of its courses. Yes, Saveetha University does offers BTech and BE courses for the duration of four-years and offered in full-time mode.
