All about Sister Nivedita University.
Placements: There are chances to get placed. At least 95% of all students are placed. One batch is passed out but they are now getting internships in many hospitals like Woodland, BP Poddar, etc. Our course offers critical care technologies in ICU, emergency ward and other wards if needed .
Infrastructure: Yes, our whole campus is fully connected to Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are excellent, neat, and clean and make the students interested in presenting in class. The library is also so good. There are books available to all students. Hostel facilities are so good. Their meals and transportation system are worth it.
Faculty: Yes, faculty members were so good. They taught us in a humble manner that if any student has doubts, they should be corrected out in the present class. The passing student percentage is about 95%. Our semester was not hard. It had standard questions in exams, which the students solved.
Other: I want to serve the people, and in this course, what I learn is that I am using these skills not only in hospitals but also in critical situations in any place.

SNU (medical technician ).
Placements: All students in our University's Medical Department secure placements, with opportunities in various government medical colleges and hospitals, including Tata Medical, Techno Hospital, Pareles Hospital, and several private nursing homes. The salary packages range from 2L to 10L per year, with an average package of 5-6L per year. Additionally, all students receive internships in both private and government hospitals. Graduates from this course also receive job offers from overseas, with the possibility of earning a high package salary of 25L per year.
Infrastructure: Students in this course have the opportunity to attend daily lab classes and classes in a projector-equipped room. Additionally, our university provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls, with separate accommodations. The hostel offers good quality food, with a monthly fee of around 9-10K. In case of medical emergencies, there are available facilities within the hostel. The hostel rooms are equipped with both AC and non-AC options, and the girls' hostel also provides left-handed accommodations. Moreover, there are indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities available. For those interested in fitness, our university offers a free gym center.
Faculty: All instructors at our institution are highly supportive and hold Ph.D. degrees. They are also part of the medical department, having completed their undergraduate studies at Government Medical College. The majority of our faculty members come from BCCT Government Medical Hospital. Every month, teachers administer class tests, followed by mid-semester exams after three months, and semester exams after six months. In our college, the passing mark for the semester exams is set at 60%.
Other: I have chosen to pursue a course in the medical field because I believe our duty is of utmost importance in helping those who are less fortunate and facing critical situations. Additionally, I am also exploring opportunities to apply for jobs in other countries within this field. However, I do hope that the class schedule can be better improved in this course. Our university organizes various events such as Puja festivals, important dates, and even celebrates Sister Nivedita's birthday with great enthusiasm. We are proud to have a large student body of over 5,000 students studying at our university, which is comprised of 4-5 buildings on our campus. The college provides scholarships to students who achieve 85-90% in their 12th exams, offering a 25% reduction in fees. Furthermore, those who score between 90-95% receive a 50% scholarship, while those who score above 95% are granted a 75% scholarship. Additionally, our college offers various government scholarships, including a yearly grant of 60,000 for students who score above 60% in their 12th exams.

Nothing to say just Average
Placements: Internship is mandatory for our course, specially in hospitals. My course is a medical course so there's no company but various hospitals. I've just completed my first year so how could I tell the percentage of students got internship. That's totally makes no sense.
Infrastructure: I'm a daily commuter, so I'm unable to describe facilities of hostel. And about wifi connection, in college campus there is no wifi, just in the library. Library is good but there's a problem to issue all books, you can bring home the books they offer.
Faculty: Learning experience is good or you can say average. Faculties are knowledgeable and helpful. Semester exams are very difficult, especially end semester assessment. Pass marks is 20 out of 50. You've to study well and learn well to deal with patients.
Other: I choose this course for my dream to work on a medical field and to become a medico, mainly a responsible health care worker.
