Placements: There is no provision of placements in this college. However, a placement cell is formed consisting of students of the final year of the course. Most of the students try themselves to get in an architectural firm as that will provide better opportunities. Students of B.Arch are mostly offered a salary around Rs. 35,000-40,000 per month. Architectural colleges work differently than other fields. As far as the internships are concerned, students have to send their portfolio of work to the firm of ...
Placements: It is widely claimed that the college is ranked nationwide with people having a million contacts, but there is no scope of placements in the college. With no placements, the college does not justify being called as an institute of national importance.
Placements: The issue with our college is that it doesn't have an active placement cell for the students of bachelors of planning. Out of a batch of 30 students, around 10 have been placed without any help from the college. However, internships provided by the college are satisfactory.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements. The placement committee was formed in 2018, the graduation year of my batch. Placements are provided to the Master's students from last year. As far as Bachelor's programme is concerned, the placement committee is yet to become active.
Placements: There are only a few placement opportunities for students in the architecture department. Around 10% of the students got placed from the batch. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 35,000 per month and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. International companies like DAR and AECOM visited the campus and offered junior architect roles to students.
Placements: Since last 3 years, the college is inviting firms and organisations for placements, but earlier, students didn't show interest neither did admin. But, the batch which graduated in 2017, did not get any profit with the so-called placement cell. This information is regarding B.Arch, and all the other departments have relatively better placements.
Placements: The salary is generally 35k to 50k for a fresher. There is no placement cell in college for every branch. It is recommended to have a placement cell in college to maintain the salary base. Salary is going down because there is no placement cell in college, this is the main issue.
Placements: Very good placements are available through this college at top architecture firms. Even foreign firms show interest in selecting their interns. The internship course is of 1 year. Further, there is a postgraduate course as well, and after completion getting jobs at higher posts is very easy. The college holds a very good reputation among the firms.
Placements: The placements are still in the initial stages for all the departments except BEM. However, BEM is followed by transport planning, urban planning, urban design and industrial design department. As SPA is one of the best institutes in architecture and planning, so one should not worry about the job.
Placements: The companies visit the college for the placement, and even a person himself applied gets the job. They take interview and exams, and they see marks scored by the student in all the five years and the extracurricular activities.
Placements: There is no formal placement cell for BEM, but students organise it by themselves. Top MNCs offer placement which ranges from 4.5 LPA to 8 LPA as per marks, interview and experience. Nowadays, the construction industry is not performing well which has a severe impact on the placement earlier, and the placement is ranged from 7-12 LPA.
Placements: There are almost 100 percent campus placements in the specified course. The average salary offered ranges from 5.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA depending on the past work experience for the profiles of assistant project manager. The lowest package is 5.5 LPA for fresher's, and the maximum is up to 8 LPA for 3-4 years experienced students. The students volunteer themselves and make a placement cell, who contact and call companies for the placement.
Placements: Till 3rd semester, 80% of the students were placed. The placement opportunities are better, but the packages are less than expectations due to the poor market conditions. The roles offered at internships are of assistant project managers. The major companies who visit the campus are Space Matrix, Turner, Colliers, E and Y, Delloit, PWC, Aecom, Egis, etc.
Placements: The placements are better in the course. Almost 100% placements in the college. Top real estate, infrastructure and construction companies are contacted for the placements. The minimum package offered is 6 LPA for freshers, and it varies according to the experience of students. The students are offered the role of assistant project manager in the company. The students only form the placement cell and contact companies for the recruitment.
Placements: The placement in this course is almost 100% with an average package of 6 LPA in prominent project management consultancies like Colliers, Cushman and wakefield, AECOM, Turner, etc. In my batch, out of 31, 22 are placed, and 4 does not want placements as they have their own career goals. In my senior batch, the placement was approximately 90%.
Placements: The placements have just started from the year 2018, so can't exactly review on that one right now. But a lot of offices are interested in the placements, that makes it promising. Everyone knows about the stipend that architects usually get, and it will be around 15-20K for the fresh architects. Now the situation is the same everywhere, so the college is not to blame here. Moreover, the placement cell is maintained by a student body only, not by the college administration.
Placements: Until last year, there haven't any proper arrangements made for placements, so no company came to our college for the placements. The student's council has been pushing the management for the placements for very long time, and so this year placement cell took place, and many reputed companies participated in it.
Placements: Placements do not happen through the college. Although, when you go out on the field, the name of SPA is enough to get you a job. Placements are 100% but completely searched by students themselves. All the organisations of planning are filled with SPA alumni who are always interested in including more from the family.
Placements: 100 percent placements are assured. Most of the internships and final placements are done in the architecture sector consultancy companies only. The highest salary offered is 600k per annum, with the average placements between 350 to 400,000 per annum which is optimum for a B.E. student.
Placements: Jobs for bachelor architects are there in the metropolitan cities and other developing cities. College placement is also there but the students prefer to look for a job by themselves so they can get the sufficient salary. Getting a job is easy but completing the course in the ideal manner is quite tough. After passing from the college, the minimum salary will be 25,000 and it increases accordingly to the performance. The staff members of SPA-D have their own firms so one can get a job easily the...
