Sri Krishnadevaraya University will conduct the common entrance test for admissions to various courses in Science and Commerce. The exam will be conducted in a paper-based test mode for all courses. Candidates appearing for SKUCET 2021 can check here the preparation strategy, exam pattern, books and more. This is to note that, in order to qualify SKUCET 2021, at least 25 marks out of a total need to be obtained (no such criteria for SC/ST category). SKUCET 2021 Preparation Strategy

To achieve a targeted cut off score, candidates will have to prepare for the entrance exam accordingly. Below are some tips to strategies SKUCET 2021 preparation:

Know the exam pattern of SKUCET 2021

The exam pattern of SKUCET 2021 has not yet released. Fiven below is the previous year question paper. Last year, the question paper of SKUCET had 100 objective types of questions based on the subject as selected by the test-takers. The total duration of SKUCET 2020 was 1 hour 30 minutes. The questions paper was divided into the sections as under:

The question paper was in in English and Hindi/ Telugu as selected by the candidates. Each question had one mark and, no marks was deducted in case of wrong attempts.

Preparation Tips for SKUCET 2021

The key elements to score well in the entrance exam are as under:

  • Make a schedule - You need to make a timetable to go ahead with strategic preparation. This will be a goal-oriented plan wherein, sufficient time should be allocated for each subject. Besides scheduling, ensure to get an organised desk where you can spend quality time studying and avoid lethargy. 
  • Section-wise preparation - Each subject needs its own strategy, therefore, you need to aim for a subject-focused preparation plan. Allot at least two hours a day per subject, where you clarify doubts related to topics with the help of books as well as, practice questions based on them. 
  • Take mock tests - This is an important step if you want to score well in all the sections of SKUCET 2021. The mock test practice will help you improve speed of solving questions as well as, give an analysis of your preparation level. Therefore, [practice at least 2 mock test per subject in a week to enhance test-taking skills. 
  • Revision - Your preparation won't be complete without a quick revision of all what you have prepared. Take help of notes prepared and books to revise all the topics from the syllabus in the last 15 days remaining for the exam. NO mugging up, but a strategic and creative way of revision like including friends to learn concepts should be adopted or, take quizzes or mock tests to strengthen your preparation.
