SRMJEEE 2025 Fee Structure and Scholarship: The candidates who appear in SRMJEEE exam can check below the details of the SRM scholarship policy 2025 available based on SRMJEEE ranks, JEE Main ranks, board exam performances, etc. Based on the scholarships available, a concession of up to 100% is available on tuition fees, application fees, registration fees, etc. The scholarship details given below are as per the 2024-25 academic session. Note that the revised SRMJEEE scholarship structure for the 2025-26 session will be made available after the SRMJEEE result 2025 is declared.
Candidates are awarded scholarships like the Founder’s Scholarship and the SRM Merit Scholarship as per their performance in the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) and other criteria. Q: What is SRMJEEE 2025 exam date?
SRMIST has announced SRMJEEE 2025 exam dates. The exam will be held in three phases - Phase 1 (April 22 to 27, 2025), Phase 2 (June 12 to 17, 2025) and Phase 3 (July 4 to 5, 2025). SRMJEEE exam 2025 will be held in an online remore proctored test mode. Candidates will be able to appear for the exam from the comfort of their homes.
Q: Where will the SRMJEE be conducted?
SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test. Candidates will not have to visit any exam center for the exam. The remote proctored exam can be taken from the respective homes of the candidates. Candidates can attempt their exam either through Windows Laptop/Desktop or through Android Phone/Tablet.
Q: What is the benefit of SRMJEEE slot booking in the early stage?
SRMJEEE slot booking is a first come first serve basis process. By completing the SRMJEEE slot booking process early, the students will be able to have a higher chance of booking their preferred slots. The availability of slots is also an important factor in the SRMJEEE slot booking process. Later, candidates may fail to get the exam time or date of their choice. Therefore, the candidates are advised to complete the slot booking as soon as possible.

Q: What is the SRMJEEE slot booking process?
SRMJEEE slot booking process is the process using which candidates can book their exam slots. Since SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test held in multiple shifts, candidates can book their exam date and time. The slot booking process opens online on the official website. The authorities will use no other mode to start the slot booking process. To access the SRMJEEE slot booking facility, the candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the slot booking link. Candidates will have to log in using their application number and password. After checking their basic details, the candidates will have to check the available slots at their centre. Selection and submission of the slots have to be done before the final date.
Q: How will I know if my SRMJEEE slots have been booked?
The candidates who complete the SRMJEEE slot booking process successfully will be issued the admit card. Thus, the candidates who will be issued the admit card can be assured that their exam slots have been booked successfully.
Q: What are the updates on Slot booking dates for SRMJEEE phase 2?
Slot booking is conducted separately for all the phases. The phase 2 slot booking dates will be announced in due course of time. At the time of SRMJEEE slot booking, students have to select their preferred date and timing from the list of available options. The options of date and time depending on the exam city entered by candidates will be displayed in their SRMJEEE application form. To book slots, aspirants will be required to log in to the SRMIST's slot booking portal with their registered email ID and password. Remember, SRMJEEE slot booking will be done on a first come first serve basis.
Q: Can I change my exam slot after completing the SRMJEEE slot booking?
No, SRMJEEE slot booking once done and the slots are finalized, candidates cannot change the slots. Candidates must book their slots as soon as possible as the booking is first come first serve basis. Once a slot is booked, it will not be available in the option. Therefore to get the slot of choice, candidates must book their slots as soon as the slot booking window opens.
Q: What are the exam timings for SRMJEEE exam?
The SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test. The exam slots are:
- Slot 1: 9 am to 1:30 pm
- Slot 2: 12 noon to 2:30 pm
- Slot 3: 3 pm to 5:30 pm

School Toppers' Scholarship: (SRM University Delhi-NCR, Sonepat)
This is a prestigious scholarship for academically meritorious candidates, achievers in sports, based on economic background. The meritorious students can also avail School Toppers' Scholarship on the basis of their merit in XII examination.
- Students with 95 % and above in XII examination (any board) are eligible for 100% scholarship in tuition fees*.
- Students with 92-94.9 % in XII examination (any board) are eligible for 75% scholarship in tuition fees.
- Students with 89-91.9% in XII examination (any board) are eligible for 50% scholarship in tuition fees.
- Students with 80-88.9 % in XII examination (any board) are eligible for 25% scholarship in tuition fees.
- Students with 75-79.9% in XII examination (any board) are eligible for 10% scholarship in tuition fees.
** Not applicable for B. Tech in CSE (core and specialization)
Scholarship from 10-100% is subject to the valid score of SRMHCAT/ SRMJEEE.

SRMJEEE 2025 Scholarship Important Points
Online applications for the award of scholarships are kept open in July every year. Processing is done by the scholarship committee and the selection of awardees is done by a committee consisting of senior faculty members the director (s) of SRM IST.
The decision of the scholarship committee would be communicated to the selected candidates.
Note:
- A candidate is eligible for a scholarship under any ONE category only.
- Scholarships are not applicable for any NEET-based program, PharmD & PharmD (PB) and any other programmes which the management may decide from time to time.

Yes, Scholarships are offered to SRMJEEE 2025 rank holders up to rank 30000. As per the SRM scholarship policy, scholarships are also available based on JEE Main ranks, board exam performances, etc.

It is not ideal to take the SRMJEEE remote proctored exam on a phone or tablet. Asper the official instruction candidates must use a laptop with functional camera and microphone with Intel i3 (4TH Gen) equivalent CPU or above to take the SRMJEEE online proctored test.
