Yes, yes, SRM! You should go for it without thinking about anything.

Placements: The placements of the senior batch were quite good and according to my observation, it was around 75 to 90%. Around 80% students were placed easily as many companies visited the campus. The average salary offered was around 3.5 LPA and many companies like Cognizant, Wipro, and many IT giants visited SRM for placements of ECE and CSE. There were many student co-ordinates appointed for placement drive. The students here are free to choose the place for an internship as there is no necessity tha...

A good college with excess of quantity of students but lacks the quality of infrastructure & faculty

Placements: Our college SRM university is famous for its placements. As I am a student, I know more about the CSE and IT department's placement. In IT and CSE department, almost all students (above 70%) get placed whereas placements of mechanical and electronics department are average. The average salary is around 3-4 lakhs per annum. Every student has to opt for internships on their own. The college provides very few internship placements.

The overall review of SRM University NCR Campus.

Placements: The placements have been really good. A majority of CSE, ECE and IT students got placed. As far as mechanical, automobile and electrical is concerned, the placement is fine. A majority of the students are hired by the mass recruiters and only a few are able to get into core companies. Civil students usually have a backup plan or business or are focusing on government jobs. A number of students of mechanical and electrical also aim for PSUs. The faculty members of placement department are really ...

Nice and good college for B.Tech.

Placements: Placements are quite good for computer science and engineering branch except others. About 80% students get placed with very nice MNCs. So many companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys, ZOHO, Hyundai, etc. have visited the campus.

A fun place to be with excellent campus life but average placements.

Placements: The placements are decent enough for the CSE branch. Most of the guys get placed in mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, CTS etc, but around 10 to 12 people got placed in core companies like IBM, Amazon etc. The packages vary from company to company and most students got around 3.5 to 4.5 LPA. If you manage to get placed in core companies, the packages offered are around 12 to 16 LPA.

Most of the students got placed in 2015.

Placements: Placements are good. Many IT companies come here for recruitments. The chance of getting a core company is very less. 80% guys get jobs with a very basic package at 3.2 LPA. Students need to go to Chennai to get placements. The highest package offered was 6 LPA. Average was 3.2 LPA. Lowest was 2.2 LPA.

Good university, faculty, and the placements, but little disappointed with the infrastructure.

Placements: Here, the placements are good, and most of them are placed. Many mass recruiters and core companies take away the students. If you are in another branch of the university like NCR, then they make you go to Chennai to attend the placements with everyone.

The faculty and the placements are good. The average placement is around 3 lacs which is mostly the case in most engineering colleges. You get to chose from a huge list of companies that come to the Chennai campus and the placement is 100%. But the only bad thing about the college is its location.

The college provides a good quality of facilities but the most important and powerful point of taking admission in SRM is the placements it provides. The faculty members are good. The hostels are good but AC is not available. The students of core companies have a little difficulty in placements as IT companies which come to the college are very big in numbers to the companies for core branches.

SRM university NCR campus, Ghaziabad is a well known academic institution for different sections of the stream. While taking about the courses, which I had studied in this campus is Master of computer application (MCA). This is a 3year full-time computer course. The campus is fully developed based on international infrastructure where a lot of space for indoor and outdoor games is available. Having a big auditorium with a capacity of a 5k seat, equipped with centralized air condition. All facul...

I feel proud to be a part of this college. I have completed my engineering from here. The campus life was rejoicing. We had different clubs such as environment club, quizzers club, adventure club, spectrum and reflection and social service club for boosting the student participation and involvement in the extra-curricular activities. SRM bags some of the best recruiters from all around the globe alike TCS Ltd, WIPRO TECHNOLOGY, HCL TECHNOLOGIES, CYBAGE, THOMSON DIGITAL, NEWGEN, VIDEOCON, INNODAT...

This campus is pretty much good for the students who are having the middle-class support. It provides lots of opportunities to enhance your career in the top MNC companies. Some of the students get placed in Google and Facebook with salary packages being in six-digit numbers. During our course time, there were lots of faculty members providing specific support to each student to get a better life.

SRM University is one of the famous colleges in Chennai, SRM NCR campus is not a bad option as the placements are centralised and you will get a chance to sit in many companies if cgpa is maintained. The infrastructure is above average and the faculty is qualified. One of the problem faced by students here is lack of good food joints. Transport facility is excellent with buses running from all parts of Delhi/NCR. Labs are good and well maintained. The campus is neat & clean. This option can be c...

It's a good college for the stream like CSE, IT, ECE only. It has good faculty in these department and basically placement opportunities are good for the student of CSE department. All the placement process is done in Chennai campus and everyone has to present in that campus .There is no discrimination within the students from different campuses during the placement. The NCR campus is good for people who all are from North and want to remain in touch with their home.

It is a good college and many software companies come for recruitment. Lab is good for mechanical and civil engineering. Companies of IT and CS only come for recruitment. College provides with Co-curricular activities in which celebrities are invited. There is a lack in placements as only IT and CS engineering gets placed.

The place is good you will get the faculties dedicated for teaching. Discipline for classes and administration is way good. There are often issues that at premier institutions like IITs and NITs one has to put the efforts on his/her own as professors are damn busy with their journals and research work. Being at this college u need not worry about your academics and if u r passionate then u can definitely take guidance from APs and work for your desires.

Good college for Computer science and Information technology not for core branches they cannot place you. From this year they are trying to do some good work, but they still need some more years. SRM Chennai is good you can choose that campus, it is 100 time more better than this. But if you are a north Indian then you will face some problems but after a time you will learn that how to adjust there.

My overall experience was very good. My experience in College not only prepared me for my career, but it also prepared me for life as well. I was somewhat shy during high school, but college really helped me to come out of the nutshell. I joined the debate team in my first year and developed confidence in presenting my views. Since then, I have excelled in Class Projects, where we have done team presentations. I have learnt to create some meaningful PowerPoint slides!

SRM was not my choice initially but one of my friend referred me and the moment I saw college, I was thrilled to see the exposure to extracurricular activities like, playing football, cricket and many competitions with fests having on campus. Also, many teachers were from IIT, this motivated me more.
