I am completely dissatisfied with this college.

Placements: Only 20% of the students got placed from our course, while the rest of them opted for higher studies. Some of the students opted for offline placements. The highest salary package offered here is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1 LPA-2 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are IBM and TCS. None of the students got any internships.

I suggest not to take admission here.

Placements: Currently, I am in my 3rd year of college. Last year, almost 90% of the students were placed in college placements. The highest package offered was by Amazon, 32 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA by a mass recruiter. The top roles offered in my course are consultancy, web developer etc. Some of the top recruiting organisations are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys.

I suggest taking admission only if you want to get placed in a decent company.

Placements: The only thing that is known at SRM, regardless of any campus, is the percentage of students who got placed, and almost 97% or above students got placed. The average salary package offered ranges between 3-4.5 LPA. Most of the students got placed. The internship percentage is quite low. In the NCR campus, placements are good because the whole placement procedure of students, regardless of campus, is done at Kattankulathur, Chennai, which is the main campus. Computer science students got placed q...

In my opinion, never consider this college as your first preference.

Placements: Around 50% of students only get placed or less. Mass recruiters recruited many students but not with the surety of full-time employment. The highest package offered is 11 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.10 LPA. I think Infosys, Wipro and TCS are the most recruiting companies. 40% of students got internships. Analyst roles are offered.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2017.

Placements: The highest package was around 7lpa, average would be around 3.60 LPA. Since we went to SRM Chennai campus for our placements so there were many big names like Ola, Samsung, E&Y and many more. I'm not sure if they still sending folks to Chennai campus for the placements.

Campus life here is good. I am dissatisfied with placements and worst management during placements.

Placements: Almost 30% of the students got placed. The salary package offered is 4 LPA. Placements were not good in that year. TCS was the mass recruiter that year, and a lot of students got placed in that company. Roles offered were associate software engineer and software engineer. Around 20-30% of the students got an internship.

There are no satisfactory placements and course curriculum.

Placements: Probably around 60%-70% of the students from our course got placed with the highest salary package of 4.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered to them was 2.9 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.25 LPA. Top companies which visit here for placements are Amazon, KPIT and Torry Harris. Top roles offered were associate engineer, risk analyst, software engineer and data engineer. Our college is biased a lot during placements as students who come from Delhi are rejected even before sub...

The college is good at last.

Placements: 80% of students placed. The highest package is 12LPA the lowest is 2Lpa in amazon, Deloitte etc. Business analyst, software developer, software testing roles were offered. Mostly students got placed in mass recruitment companies like Infosys, cognizant, TCS, Wipro etc. The arrangement was not worth praising.

Faculty is not so great but they have good placements record.

Placements: 70% of students were placed 4 Lacs was the highest salary offered 3.5 Lacs the lowest. Mu sigma was the top recruiter. Placements are good but the problem with this campus is that the students have to go Chennai for placements. Which is very bad thing they should call the companies in this campus only. They also do not give proper arrangements in college for the stay in Chennai.

The college provides decent infrastructure, faculty, and placements.

Placements: A lot of companies visit the campus for placements, but they visit the main campus and not the other campuses, including NCR campus. Even the placement opportunities are more beneficial to the CS and IT students. However, students belonging to other branches also get decent opportunities. Overall placements are good here.

It is a place where you can buy your engineering degree.

Placements: Placements were good although we had to fly from one city to another due to which our subjects during the last year could not be covered properly. The added expenses of flying to Chennai frequently for placements was financially, physically and mentally draining for students.

The college is average. They need to utilize the fees more effectively and efficiently.

Placements: Placements for our batch were average. Most of the students were recruited by mass recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Even the students of non-IT and non-CS branches had to settle for these companies as very fewer core companies visited for placements. Roles related to trainee were offered. Many students of mechanical, electrical and civil engineering were left without placements.

Satisfied with the college. In 2015, the placements were good.

Placements: Placements provided in the college were decent. Almost 99% of the students got placed through college placements. The placement process was transparent. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. We got placed along with the students of Chennai campus and all other campuses as well. The total number of students was around 7,000. Around 5,000 offers were provided by the first three companies that visited our college.

A place where you can decide your future.

Placements: Placement is good from my college. I think about 60 percent of students got selected from my college. Senior are also good and placed well. The highest salary is about 28000 and minimum salary is about 12000. Companies like l & T and Hyundai motors visited my college. No one is got internship from college. Training part is taken from outside.

SRM University - Descent for a fresher candidate.

Placements: The placement record of SRM UNIVERSITY was not that descent. In the batch of 2013-15 around 50% of the candidates got placed. Companies like Citi union bank, Genpact, Tcs, etc. Visited the campus for recruitment. Average salary offered was 3lakhs. As compared to the fees charged by the college it was not that great as compared to other colleges in that segment.

This is not a way to go for your bachelor's degree.

Placements: The placement drive before the batch 2018-2022 was held in Chennai's branch, but from this year, this campus will work as an individual body. Overall, the placements are good on the campus. More than 500 companies visit the campus for recruiting process, and this number increases every year. But the college doesn't provide any guarantee of placement.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure, but the faculty and placements are good.

Placements: The placements are good, but you have to work hard if you want good placements. The companies like Wipro, TCS, etc., provide jobs if you have knowledge so that the students can get a good package. The students also go to Chennai for the placement, but first, they have to give a test and qualify it for the ability to go Chennai and get placements from this campus.

Average faculty; Average Placements- Still it's the best option amongst many.

Placements: Well to be honest, the placements are good but not out of the world. But since it's a private institute, we do get a lot of options and chances to get placed. So if you are slightly better than average then you should get placed. Average package is around 3.2 Lacs. Around 12 students this time from our campus got into core companies which were offered around 6-10 Lacs. Adding quite a few got placed in Amazon too (around 5). The placements this year are more in number than the previous year. Sadl...

All about srm university Delhi ncr campus.

Placements: Placement in mechanical engineering department is quite low. You will be going through tough times if you want to get placement in core company. Only CS/IT placement is good and that too in service based company. Average salary is also not satisfactory.

SRM ncr campus a place where u should be.

Placements: Well SRM is truly known for its placements that are quite good. If u have skills then chances of u getting placed increases. Placements for CS is quite good but for MECHANICAL and Civil it's below average. The degree that u will be getting will be from the main campus that is katthankolathur.
