The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidate must have to appear for MHT-CET. All India candidate need to appear for MHT-CET/JEE Mains. However JEE Mains will be preferred over MHT-CET.

Our college has the top-notch faculty and the best campus.
Placements: Around 60% CGPA is the minimum requirement for placement with 100% attendance in practical and skill performance. Lecture attendance must be a minimum of 75%. Faculty is helpful for placements.
Infrastructure: University has the best campus in Pune. Every lab is provided for a practical assessment. There is Wi-Fi on our campus. Canteen food is good. There is a very good medical facility.
Faculty: Faculty is very knowledgeable and qualified. We have various site visits every two weeks. University conducts various activities for personality development.

This college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Companies such as Nyati Group and Kumar Properties are associated with this university, and they are one the leading companies in the construction industry. Students are placed as an intern and seeing the working style of the students some are recruited by the company itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this university is world-class. The campus and the environment are very positive and have a pleasant atmosphere.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the faculty members at university is excellent. Their teaching methods and amenities at this university combination of both makes the students to understand better. The machineries and software available at skill center is good which makes easier to know the technologies and machines that are used by the companies. The faculty members are highly qualified and have done Ph.D. in their particular fields. The teaching methods of the faculty members help the students for better understanding.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in construction engineering, and wanted to get graduated from this filed. The best part of this course is that it helps in constructing students' dream home.

Placements: The curriculum is highly industry-oriented and provides good knowledge. Around 90% of students got placed in our course. The top recruiting companies are Nyati, Shapoorji Pallonji Group etc. Around 99% of students got internships from our course in different companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are modern and different from other colleges in Pune. The college provides Wi-Fi, advanced labs for construction, digital classrooms, and the best library with numerous books related to every field. 24-hours medical facilities are available for any emergency.
Faculty: The years spent on campus are full of learning opportunities with the right blend of fun and academics. The teachers are helpful, qualified and have great knowledge and experience in the construction engineering field. The course curriculum is helpful on site.
