It's really a good course. If you want to take a different course, this is a course for you.
Placements: Our course focuses on the major problems in the world, i.e., energy and the environment. Our college doesn't organise any placement opportunities. However, the college provides excellent opportunities for internships in companies. Internships are done for three months in the final year, i.e., 8th semester.
Infrastructure: Our college is located near Marudhamalai, and it provides good infrastructure facilities. The college offers a very good atmosphere. Classrooms and sports facilities are very good. There is a government hospital available on the campus.
Faculty: Some professors in the college teach us very well, but some professors are not at all good. However, the professors are very helpful. The student to faculty ratio is very low. Industrial exposure is provided only in the final semester, and it is good. The course curriculum is designed very well.
Other: Events are conducted in the college by different departments. Scholarships are given every year based on students' castes.

In 2017, for B.Sc (Ag), the cut-off will be above 195 as there is heavy competition nowadays due to NEET exam based medical seats. Rest depends upon your community reservation. If you don't get a seat, just add in waiting list. If you are lucky, you will get the seat. Best wishes.
