Placements: Our batch had achieved quite a decent placement record. The highest salary package offered was 32 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Placements were contrasting in nature as the higher segments were provided to IT sector rather than the original core branches. Placements: Lots of new companies visit our campus for placements every year. Reputed companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart, D.E Shaw visit our campus for placements. There are a bunch of mass recruiters for our college. Placements are good in our college, but the competition is fierce as there are a lot of students in the college.

Placements: These are good And much better than other colleges. Thapar has got good links with various companies. Internship scene in out branch is good because of the tie up with Tata but the growing number of students every year is a real concern at this time.

Thapar is one of the best engineering private colleges.

Placements: Placements in college were good, but gradually it is decreasing. Quantity of jobs for engineering is constant, but every year the number of students pursuing engineering is increasing exponentially, so it is obvious that placements will decrease. However, placements in Thapar are better than other colleges.
