Hyderabad University consists of around 400 highly-qualified faculty members and produced over 1,168 research publications and around 66 books last year. These faculty members have also contributed to the awards of 113 PhD, 174 MPhil, 113 MTech degrees, and over 650 postgraduate degrees. Most of these professors are qualified from eminent institutes such as IITs, NITs, etc. Hyderabad University faculty members earned research funding for research projects totaling to 440 with a total sponsorship amount of INR 112.65 crores from various national and international agencies.
