STEP 1: USTM Application form
USTM conducts the university application process done is online as well as offline mode. Candidates need to visit the official website to apply online and for the offline mode application form can be downloaded from the website under the 'Apply Now' tab and the filled application form must be submitted to the allotted address of the University.
STEP 2: Selection Process
Candidatez need submit the applucation form with all the required documents and the applicarion fee. Once the application form is done the University releases a Merit list based on which further admission procedure is done.
USTM Scholarship 2023
USTM offers a number of scholarships for PG and PhD students. Most of these scholarships are merit-based. However, support is also available for students belonging to economically weaker sections of the society through the Students Aid Fund. Further details of these scholarships are available at the University with the office of Dean, Students’ Welfare.
ERDF has also taken an initiative to support and provide free education to the exceptionally meritorious students from families belonging to Below Poverty Line (BPL). The management of ERDF has been giving free admission to meritorious students of BPL families in all the institutes run by it. Besides, ERDF encourages girl students for higher education and therefore, a reservation of 33% has been provided for female candidates in all ERDF-sponsored institutes. Special preference is given to the girls from backward and underprivileged sections of the society.

Q: Is CAT required for MBA in USTM?
The department of Business Administration, USTM offers two years full time MBA (approved by AICTE) programme. Admission to MBA programme done on basis of entrnace exams followed by a Personal Interview (PI) & Group Discussion (GD) at the university campus. The entrance exam for MBA is optional like candiates can appear for CAT/MAT/XMAT or they can write the university based entrance exam USTM-CAT. Candidates having valid scorecards of CAT/MAT/XMAT etc. will be exempted from USTM-CAT and such candidates may directly appear for PI & GD. The final merit list for admission in MBA will be prepared considering the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination, score of USTM-CAT/MAT/CAT/XMAT and marks obtained in PI & GD.

Q: Is BBA programme offered in USTM?
Yes, USTM does offer BBA course, an undergraduate programme. The course covers a duration of three years. To get into the BBA programme candidates have to eligible with a minimum 45% in any discipline as for the reserved category its 40%. Also for admissionto BBA programme candidates have to appear for the University’s entrance test followed by a personal interview (PI). The overall fee for the BBA programme is INR 3.3 lakh, which only includes the tuition fees. (*The fees is taken from various sources. Hence its indicative)

Candidates must first fill the application form with all the required documents. Admission will be done on Merit basis.
