Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU) conducts the Purvanchal University Combined Admission Test (PUCAT) annually for admissions to postgrad programmes. Based on past trends, the PUCAT 2025 application form is likely to be released on the official website of the university in March 2025. The exam body will also release PUCAT 2025's notification along with it. The notification will detail everything you need to know about the exam. PUCAT 2025 is expected to be held in the month of July. Successful applicants will be issued PUCAT admit cards to appear in the entrance test. PUCAT 2025 Admission Process

The various stages of the PUCAT admission process are mentioned below. 

Fill and Submit PUCAT Application Form: The PUCAT application forms will be available on the official website of the VBS Purvanchal University. Candidates are supposed to fill out and submit the application form through online mode only. Once they are done filling out the forms, they will have to pay an application fee.

Admit Card: Candidates who have successfully applied will be able to download their admit card once released online on the official website of the university. The admit card is an important document which needs to be carried to the exam centres. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the entrance exam.

PUCAT 2025: The PUCAT 2025 will be conducted offline. The question papers will feature MCQs only. Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to sit for the entrance test. It is also advised that candidates are familiar with the PUCAT exam pattern and PUCAT syllabus so that they can give their best performance in the test. 

PUCAT 2025 Result: The results will be released for all programmes and courses on the official website of the university. The PUCAT results will contain the ranks of the candidates based on their marks secured in the entrance test. 

Counselling: Once the results have been released, candidates who make it on the merit list will be invited to complete the admission process at the campus in person. Students have to bring their original documents along with their photocopies to the counselling session.

It might cause a problem if the names on the application form and admit card do not match. If you are certain that you entered the right spellings while applying, contact the exam body and have it corrected before you appear for the exam.

No, you must produce a physical printout of the PUCAT admit card to the invigilators at the exam centre along with a valid photo ID or else you won't be allowed to take the exam.
