ICSI CS Application Form, Registration June 2025 (Open): How to Apply Online

Before proceeding towards filling the registration form, candidates should keep the soft copy of the following documents ready. 

• Photograph of the candidate
• Signature of candidate
• DOB certificate
• Admit Card of Class 12
• Pass Certificate/ Marksheet of Class 12
• Category Fee
• Identity Proof

ICSI CS Application Form Important Instructions

• Select your examination centre, the combination of module and medium of examination carefully

• Retain a copy of the receipt for the examination fee generated online at the time of enrollment fee payment

• Check your transaction status after paying the fee, in case of a failed transaction, re-submit the enrollment form again

• If the enrollment fee amount is deducted from your bank account or credit/debit card and the acknowledgement slip is not generated, contact your bank

• In case of payment of examination fee through Canara Bank Challan, deposit the cash in the bank within the scheduled date

Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu

Step 2- Check for the documents required for filling the application form

Step 3- Enter CSEET Unique Number and CSEET Roll Number

Step 4- Enter the verification code and click on tab submit

Step 5- Enter the following details to complete the application form

• Educational details
• Source of Information
• Documents Details

Step 6- Preview the application form

Step 7- Pay the application fee

Step 8- Save and download the application form for future reference

Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu 

Step 2- Enter the login details

Step 3- Go to 'My Account' under the tab 'Student'

Step 4- Click Professional Registration under “Payment Request” option.

Step 5- Upload pass mark sheet of both modules of Executive Programme. 

Step 6- Pay the application fee of INR 12000

Step 7- Download Registration Letter / E-Identity Card

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to enroll for ICSI CS June 2025 exam:

Step 1- Visit the ICSI CS website. Click on the link provided- smash.icsi.in

Step 2- Enter the login credentials:

• User ID (student registration number)
• Password (Created at the time of registration)

Step 3- Screen will display the student’s account

Step 4- Now click on Module>Enrollment

Step 5- Enter the details displayed on the screen:

• Applied year
• Course
• Session name
• Syllabus
• Module

Step 6- Pay the ICSI CS enrolment fee

Step 7- Save the receipt for future reference.

ICSI CS Examination Fee Details

Candidates will be required to pay INR 250 as late fee. Candidates requesting for change in centre/module/medium or change in elective subjects will have to pay INR 250 for each change.

ICSI opens the window for ICSI CS enrollment services. Candidates who have already enrolled for the ICSI CS Executive, CS Professional programme examination will be able to avail the following enrollment services for December session at the following dates:
