Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (Hindustan University or HITS Chennai) is one of the top-ranked Engineering Institutes in Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1985 and has managed to become one of the most sought-after Deemed-to-be Universities in India. The institute offers more than 100 courses at UG, PG and PhD level. These courses are offered in diverse streams, such as Management, Engineering, Law, Design, Science, Architecture and many others. The campus houses 13 schools that impart education in various courses and specialisations. Apart from the full-time courses, HITS also offers distance learning programmes. It has a well-established Centre for Online and Distance Learning that offers three programmes at PG level, namely MBA, MCA and PG diploma. Admission to all the courses is subject to the eligibility requirements of the respective course.
CODL Hindustan University Admission 2021: MBA, MCA, PGD
CODL Hindustan University offers an MBA programme under four specialisations. MCA and PGD, on the other hand, offer one specialisation each. The duration of MBA and MCA is two years and that of the PGD programme is one year. In order to be eligible, candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant stream. CODL Hindustan University Application Process 2021
Online mode
Step 1: Visit the official website of HITS (www.hindustanuniv.ac.in) and click on 'Apply Now'.
Step 2: Select the desired course which leads to the course registration page.
Step 3: Enter the applicant’s personal details, including name, e-mail ID and mobile number.
Step 4: Acknowledge the registration link received over mail and log in with the same credentials.
Step 5: Fill in the personal as well as the academic details of the applicant.
Step 6: Scan and upload the required documents.
Step 7: Pay the application fee of Rs 1,200 through net banking or debit/ credit card.
Step 8: Review the application and click on the 'Submit' button.
Offline mode
In case of the offline application, candidates need to download the form, fill it carefully and send it with the copies of the required documents and a DD of Rs 1,200 drawn in favour of HITS, Padur to the address mentioned below:
