HSTES Counselling Dates 2025: The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is scheduled to announce the HSTES 2025 counselling dates in May 2025. The HSTES counselling 2025 will encompass admission to BE/BTech, BTech (LE), BArch, BPharm/BPharm (LE), and Diploma courses. The counselling schedule for each of these courses will be updated on the official website. HSTES conducts state-level counselling for admission to various graduate and diploma courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, and Management in Haryana. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and physical reporting at the assigned institute.
For the BPharm course, an online common entrance test (OCET) will be conducted before the counselling. Admission to BE/BTech will be based on JEE Main 2025 ranks, while admission to BArch courses will be based on NATA 2025 or JEE Main 2025 paper 2 ranks. Admission to BPharm(LE), BTech (LE), and diploma courses will be determined based on qualifying exam scores. During registration, candidates are required to provide details such as Course, JEE Main Roll No. as per JEE-Main admit card, and create login credentials. Following registration, candidates must complete a 7-step application form. Prior to submission, it is essential for candidates to thoroughly review all the provided details. After completion, candidates will be directed to the "Registration Confirmation" page where all entered registration details are displayed for final confirmation. Any incorrect details can be rectified using the "edit registration details" option, while accurate details can be confirmed by clicking "Click here to continue".

Q: Â Who will conduct the HSTES counselling?
The Department of Technical Education, Haryana, will conduct the online off-campus counselling. It will be conducted online. To register for HSTES counselling, candidates will be required to pay the counselling fee through a debit card, credit card, or net banking by using an online payment gateway. After this, candidates will be required to upload their documents for verification. The counselling process consists of various stages like counselling fee payment, online registration, seat allotment, deposition of the token fee, etc.

After candidates successfully submit the HSTES application form, they must undergo a document verification process. BPharm candidates, however, need to first qualify in the Online Common Entrance Test (OCET).
To participate in the centralized online HSTES counseling, candidates are required to upload their certificates and documents on the website by the specified key dates. A merit list will be published based on qualifying exam marks for all candidates, except those in the BE/BTech course. Only those whose documents are successfully verified will be included in this merit list. Based on their ranks, candidates can then fill in their choices during the HSTES counseling.
Seats will be allotted according to the candidates' inter-se merit rank, category, and the choices they have filled. Only candidates whose names appear on the HSTES merit list can participate in the choice filling process.

HSTES 2025 Document Verification Dates
Candidates have to upload the required certificates/ documents to participate in Centralized Online counselling after registration. The candidates have to upload the required documents to the online counselling portal before the last date. The documents uploaded inline will be verified and only then candidates proceed to the HSTES counselling choice-filling process.
HSTES 2025 Choice Filling Dates
After completing the HSTES 2025 counselling registration and document verification process, candidates will have the opportunity to access the system and input their preferences for courses and colleges from the provided list of options. The system will display the number of available seats in each institution based on the candidate's eligibility and category. If a candidate is not eligible for a particular institute, the system will not display the availability of seats for that institute. Once candidates finalize their selection, they will be able to lock in their choices. It's important to note that once choices are locked, they cannot be edited or changed. Should candidates fail to lock their choices by the deadline, the system will automatically lock them.
HSTES 2025 Seat Allotment Date
After HSTES declares the counselling seat allotment result on the official website, candidates need to log in to the counselling website using their Roll No. and Password. They should then click on "Provisional Seat Allotment Result." If a seat has been allotted, a page displaying a provisional seat allotment letter will appear, showing the institute name, allotted branch, allotment status, and reporting duration. Candidates should download the provisional seat allotment letter and physically report to the allotted institute within the specified reporting dates for admission.
HSTES 2025 Counselling Physical Reporting Date
Prospective candidates must personally visit the designated institution and pay the semester fee as per the specified key dates to secure admission. Please note that provisional admission will only be confirmed after the institution verifies the uploaded documents. Upon verification, the candidate will receive a computer-generated "Provisional Admission Slip" from the institution, which will serve as confirmation of the reserved seat.
