Q:   Is MCA at Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research worth the investment?

A:
{Source: MCA students & alumni}

Is MCA at Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research (AITR) Worth the Investment?

Here's a summary of the key points:

* Faculty Support: Teachers are generally supportive and helpful, although some may behave rudely or not cooperate.
* Course Curriculum: The curriculum is somewhat relevant to current industry standards, but some subjects seem outdated. Additional workshops and training programs are organized to prepare students for the IT industry.
* Placements: Placements are average, with companies like TCS, Tasks, and Deloitte visiting the campus. The average package is around 4-5 LPA, while the highest package is up to 8 LPA.
* Facilities: The campus has well-equipped labs, a good library, and amenities like canteen, cafes, and buses. However, open Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
* Campus Life: The campus life is good, with regular events and activities organized by various clubs.
* Scholarship: Merit-based scholarships are available, with OBC, ST, and SC students receiving a scholarship of approximately INR30,000 annually.

Based on these points, here's our verdict:

While AITR offers some strengths, such as supportive faculty and decent facilities, its weaknesses, including an outdated curriculum and average placement record, might raise concerns. Students who choose this programme would need to put extra effort into learning beyond the syllabus to stay competitive in the job market. Additionally, those interested in pursuing higher education might find that the integrated nature of the Master's programme is beneficial. Overall, whether AITR is worth the investment depends on individual goals and priorities. We recommend researching further and weighing the pros and cons before making a decision.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

Q:   What is the expected JEE Main cutoff 2024?

Q:   Is B.E. / B.Tech at Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research worth the investment?

A:
{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary:

* Pros:
+ Good infrastructure, including clean classrooms, labs, and a library with a wide range of books.
+ Well-educated and helpful teachers.
+ Average package of INR4-5 lakhs, with the highest package reaching up to INR18 lakhs.
+ Placement rates are generally satisfactory, with around 60-70% of students getting placed.
+ Various campus events and festivals, including the annual ARDOR festival.
* Cons:
+ Limited hostel facilities, forcing students to find alternative accommodation.
+ Internet connectivity issues and jamming devices restricting students' online activity.
+ Curriculum may be considered outdated, focusing more on theoretical aspects rather than practical skills.
+ Strict rules and regulations, giving students limited freedom.
* Additional notes:
+ Scholarship options are available for meritorious students.

Ultimately, individual preferences and priorities will play a crucial role in determining whether this college is "worth" the investment.

Brief about"Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research
Placements: The placements for IT graduates were strong, especially for those with good coding skills and project experience. There were plenty of opportunities, though the competition for the highest-paying jobs was intense. Companies like TCS , Infosys, daffodil and many more come into our college.
Infrastructure: In our college the labs were well manufactured and classroom were also very well with good cleaning. The college library provides a quiet study space with a good range of books and digital resources. It's helpful but can get crowded during exams. Our college doesn't has any hostel attached with it.
Faculty: The teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with decent teaching quality. The RGPV university course curriculum is somewhat relevant but requires extra effort from students to be fully industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a pass percentage around 85-90%.
Other: I chose this course for its vast career opportunities in the tech industry. The best aspects were the hands-on coding experience and strong placement support. The campus had vibrant fests, good connectivity and a diverse crowd, with various extracurricular activities and scholarships available for deserving students.

Acropolis wisdom always be ahead.
Placements: At least 70 percent of students at my college are placed. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA, the average package is 4 LPA, and the highest package is 44 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Tesla, Infosys, Amazon, and Wipro. Students of 60 or older got internship from these course .
Infrastructure: My college offers various amenities such as a library, playground, and auditorium. It consists of multiple departments, each equipped with specialized labs for different subjects. Notably, the Acropolis Institute of Technology houses the renowned Ideal lab. Additionally, medical facilities are also provided.
Faculty: The teachers in my college are highly qualified, knowledgeable and possess a wealth of experience in teaching. Their teaching techniques are effective and easily understandable by students. As a result, students are well-prepared for the industry. While the semester exams are challenging, they serve as a means of testing the abilities of the students as determined by the institute.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become an IT professional. In my opinion, the best thing about this course is that it helps to develop both technical skills and a mindset. I am particularly interested in improving my technical and communication skills. Our college organizes many events and activities, including coding and sports competitions. Although the campus is good, it is relatively small. To be eligible for a scholarship, we need to take an exam.
