Review of Agni College of Technology.

Placements: Our college has a placement record of 92%, which is greatly achieved through placement training programs. Chemical engineering is completely new to our college, and we're the first batch students. Ten out of Thirty Two students got placed till date. The highest salary package offered to our college students was 10 LPA by Byju's, and the lowest was 1.20 LPA from small scale companies, and the average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2019 and good infrastructure.

Placements: I attended many placement drives in my college. The college provided placement training in our 3rd year, which gave us the confidence to attend placement drives. Placement training is provided by the visiting faculty members. Communication training skills was very useful for both beginners and advanced students.

Good infrastructure and facilities and hope so it will improve more in future.

Placements: Placements are quite good. Our principal and placement department is doing their best to bring more companies into the campus. I am not sure about the percentage but 75-80 % of students get placed. Companies like Super Auto forge, IDBI federal Bank, IEQS groups, Wipro, Just dial, etc. Trainings are provided from Haritha Tvs like Aptitude, Communication and Technical.

Agni's infrastructure and other important aspects.

Placements: Frequent drives of different companies were arranged. The companies with good pay scale also approached us. The criteria is must required for some companies. Thus, the companies with various job role seeking for uniqueness don't ask for the criteria. Only english knowledge is required.

It is my second home. AGNI is the best.

Placements: We get many placement drives from outside of the college. We are getting placements in all the streams. Even the students who have arrears are also getting opportunities to get placed in companies. Even I got selected in a company with good package. There are no negative comments on placements.

It has all qualities, and it supports the students. The students have independence here.

Placements: The college provides much better placements. They support a lot of the students by making them attend off-campus drives. The companies coming here are just tier-3. If tier-1 companies come here, then it'll be more awesome. Students play a lot of roles offered by the companies.

Placements: The placements are quite good. Nearly 80% of my seniors got paced in various companies. Many MNCs and core companies visited our college. Students are given proper and professional placement training. 80% of students got the internship from the college and the maximum stipend was Rs. 15,000.

Agni review by a 1st year student

Placements: This college doesn't have good placements, but if you are good, you can get placed in companies like HCL, Zoho, etc. The college instead gives you technical, communication, and aptitude training. Last year, the placement packages were from a minimum of 1 lakh per year to a maximum of 5 lakh per year. Around 2 percent of the seniors got placed on the campus.

Nice college with good faculty.

Placements: Placements were good. Nearly 75 students out of 130 were placed in both IT and core companies. But these companies are only tier -II companies. Many off-campus drives would be conducted for placements. The highest salary is 4.25 lacs per annum. The internship will not be that much appreciated but you can try by yourself if you need it.

Good college with less placements.

Placements: The placement was a little bit dull. They bring very few companies, lots of BPOs and consultancies for placements. HODs will guide and refer you for jobs if they have any contacts with some companies. To get a job, the placement cell provides you with classes to attend interviews and conduct an apps online test also to improve the skill of the students.

In 2 words, simply awesome.

Placements: In our college, the placements are all good for the senior batch. 75% students were placed and 10% went for higher studies. The highest CTC is 40k per month and the average CTC is 15k per month. Tier-2 and Tier-3 companies only visited our campus. Software developer, trainee engineer and some basic roles were offered. Internship was offered but there was no stipend.

Excellent infrastructure, good learning environment, poor placement

Placements: Placement assistance is the only negative in my college. The college provides good placement training in aptitude only but no technical training. I attended around 25 interviews in my college, out of that 20 companies are BPO companies. The college will show 100% placement record but all are placed with BPO companies only. Around 20% of the students got a good job in good companies. Most of the students are placed in Sutherland, Concentrix, AGS BPO and Global Solutions. Some good companies are T...

When I started my course in 2008, it was not one of the best colleges in Chennai and also when I graduated, I found my college to be little improved not much in placements. But after my graduation, there is huge improvement. They are climbing up the ladder and also heard there are lots of placements opportunities are bringing to the students. I strongly recommend our college for students who will develop on their own with moderate system and good placement. Tuition fees and hostel fees is slight...

Student reviews about Agni College of Technology.

Placements: Almost 50 percent of the students get placed in our college. The placement cell works really hard for the students to ensure all the students have a secure future. The college provides quality education to the students and gains theoretical and practical skills.

East or west my college is the best.

Placements: 98% of the students are placed in our course. The highest package is greater than 6 lacs per annum and the lowest package is less than 6 lacs per annum. Virtusa, Accenture, Zoho, Wipro, and so on are the top recruiters. So students who got internships in our college—around 85 to 90 percent—got internships through college.
