I am satisfied with this college. It provides good infrastructure and the best faculty.
Placements: Andhra University has good connections with the best companies which will encourage students to work and study hard to enter into that company. Companies offer a good salary package like 3.5 LPA, so I recommend everyone join this college.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all needed facilities like a library, labs and classrooms. In the hostel, we get mineral water facility, and it gives both normal and cooling water. There is no problem with water. Our college serves healthy food with a fixed menu, and everyone enjoys that. Our college provides good medical facilities, and the treatment is free for Andhra University students. Our college also provides gym facility. There is no problem to play games like table tennis, badminton, etc.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members in our college are very helpful and well-educated. They are qualified from IITs and NITs. They are very much experienced in the teaching field. They have great knowledge, which helps students to improve their skills.
Other: I have chosen this course because it has a high scope for government jobs. Our college conducts events, fests and extracurricular activities.

Satisfied with the faculty but disappointed with the placements.
Placements: Last year, just 2 companies visited our college, and they are L&T and Coromandel. But unfortunately, no one was selected for the job. During 2018, most the students got placed with a salary package more than 3 LPA, and from then, the placements got declining. Companies are not even showing interest in college.
Infrastructure: There are 2 libraries in our college, and also there is a Wi-Fi facility throughout the campus but is not working presently. Quality of food was good, and only one canteen is present, and it is very far from the engineering campus. Medical facilities were good, and games will be conducted for every department separately.
Faculty: All the professors have done their PhDs in IITs. They are very good at teaching and in terms of clearing doubts. The course curriculum is relevant and can make the students industry-ready. In the project, which was allotted to students during their final semester (4-2), they can learn most of the things. The civil was one of the best course, and one can learn, and it is too good.
Other: I didn't particularly choose this course. I opted for different courses, and due to the availability of seats based on reservation, I got this branch. Everything was good, and minor improvements will be good. Every year, there will be a freshers party for the first years and department day celebrations for the final years. Moreover, in between, we have many fests, department games and gymnasium. Those who are eligible for the scholarship will also get it and may even get fees reimbursement.

Not a better college for an intelligent and aspiring student.
Placements: The placements offered are not as much as you expect. Only software companies can recruit the students. Almost, 10-15% of the students were placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest offered is Rs. 11,000 per month. The companies like LnT, Wipro, and Infosys visited. The infrastructure is not much good. Most of the students go for the competitive exams like GATE, CAT, GRE, etc. as the placements and package are not good.
Infrastructure: The lab equipment is the major difficulty here. They were not updated. The hostel rooms were small in size. The library is nice. The medical facilities are also good and free of cost. The sports and games can be played daily. In this university, there is no canteen.
Faculty: The faculty members here are better than some of the private colleges, but some of them are not good and efficient. All the faculty members are PhD graduates from the reputed institutions like IIT's, NIT, and many more colleges. But some of them are not having a good grip on the subject.

Absolutely disappointed because of the infrastructure, the curriculum and the administration.
Placements: No placements are offered this year. In the previous year, there were a few companies, but no companies have visited this year till now. The highest package offered in the last year was Rs. 5 LPA which is very less. There is no proper placement office and there lies the issue.
Infrastructure: The college is very old, and it is one of the best, but the infrastructure is very poorly maintained and needs a lot of improvement. There are no washrooms in the main building, and the ones in the departmental buildings are pathetic and are never cleaned. Not even a drinking water facility is available.
Faculty: We have the best faculty, and they are very well qualified. But the issue is that they do not come and take the classes as they are always busy with some other projects. There is almost zero learning in the classroom. The curriculum is very old, and it hasn't been updated in the recent past. We still learn very old and redundant methods which would not add value to us when we start working after completing the college.

Best college in Vishakhapatnam. Negligible fees if admission through EAMCET.
Placements: The core companies like L&T, BCPL visit the campus along with gulf construction companies which visit sometimes based upon their vacancy. Software companies like Wipro, Infosys, Hexagon, IBM visit the campus. The placement criteria are average. Good knowledge of the subject along with CGPA above 7.5 is required to crack core jobs. Placements in software companies are totally based on aptitude, basic knowledge of C, Data structures, and Java along with performance in the interview.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. The college building is average and is being renovated. The labs have all the required equipment but the students are not allowed to use all of them due to their expensiveness. The negative thing is the infrastructure of hostels which are not at all maintained well. The mess food is bad.
Faculty: All the main faculty members are PhDs and hold a masters degree from either IITs or NITs. Some of the teachers have excellent knowledge about their subject and are very student interactive. But few teachers don't teach well. They may be good as engineers and do a lot of consultancy work but don't know how to teach well!
Other: The college has a big playground. Every year department games and day are conducted which are good but not at all comparable to the fests in IITs. But the department day and the department games' week is the time when the student enjoys the most. Other competitions like inter-department cricket competitions, etc. are conducted. The south campus has an excellent indoor games stadium and an above average gymnasium.
