Experience of my college life.
Placements: As I am from the ECE department of my college, about 80% of the students from my department got placed in several software companies and core companies also. The highest package of a placed student in our college was 12-14 LPA. Top recruiting companies are IBM.
Infrastructure: The facilities and services infrastructure available in my college are quite good. There is a separate section of books and reading in the library. Wi-Fi facilities are available for the students. Training and placement guides us for the future and company placements.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. They guide us about our future semester exams. The teachers' teaching quality is very simple, which is easy for the students to catch up with and learn quickly. As I am from the ECE department, my interest is in core.

Review of Bengal College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Around 40% of students are placed on campus interviews till now. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, Ugam Solutions, Hexaware, and many more. Almost 20% of students get internships in small companies. Top roles offered in our course are data analyst and software engineer. Our placement cell is very good. They always try for better placements and they invite the best companies to us.
Infrastructure: We have a Wi-Fi facility with good internet speed on campus. We also have 6 laboratories and each laboratory has Wi-Fi, printers, and a scanner. There is a server room that handles all machines that are available in 6 laboratories. Our college has a library. It also provides a projector facility for presentations, workshops, and seminars. Our college does not have a hostel facility. It provides a canteen and our campus is great.
Faculty: Our faculty members are caring and knowledgeable. They always try to provide the best knowledge to us. They are supportive and the teaching quality is also good. Our course curriculum is better because we have the basic knowledge of industries that are covered in our curriculum. Semester exams are also good. The passing percentage is 70-80%.
Other: I chose this course because, nowadays, this is booming. Fests are also great. Students will get fee benefits if they have a caste certificate. Student section services are also good. Nature is also beautiful outside our college. I am highly satisfied with this college.

A few things are quite good, but the placement ratio in 2022 college has improved.
Placements: Many companies come here for placements, but it still should increase the number of companies. Overall, the placement rate is quite good, and you can assume the rate of on-campus placements to be 60-80%. Good companies like TCS, Wipro, BYJU's, Amazon, etc., come here.
Infrastructure: Each department has a separate building, and there is a separate building for 1st year in both the college and the hostel. The hostel food is good and hygienic. The college canteen is good but does not have lots of options. Wi-Fi is only available during college hours, 9:30 am-5 pm.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified enough to make you understand the concepts you really want to know about the topic. If you are attending the classes just for attendance, then no one can make you understand. The semester exams depend upon the university (MAKAUT).
Other: I chose ECE because I love electronics, but after joining, I understood that software is everywhere, whether it is CSE, IT, ECE etc. They should focus on the teachers for labs who can enhance the skills of all students. Fests are organised here at regular intervals of time. Scholarship schemes are provided to students from different states, but there is a national scholarship for minorities named NSP.

It has good faculty, placements, and good infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed last year. The highest salary package is 10 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. The top recruiters were Cognizant, Wipro, Extramarks, Byju's, and Sterlite Technologies. About 75% got internships from our college.
Infrastructure: The hostel here is excellent. Our college has a menu card for the whole week, and they provide us with nutrition-rich food.
Faculty: Faculty members are good here, but in core branches like mechanical and civil, they face a shortage of faculty. We like to study here, and we liked the way our teachers taught us.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to get my hands on electronics and code too, so it was a perfect course for me. Our college organises a fest every year called Sapphire, and all students like it a lot.
