A good and pleasant college.
Placements: Approximately 70% of students in every batch secure placements. The highest package offered is 9 LPA, while the lowest is 4 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and TCS visit for placements, offering roles such as developer. The placement cell is highly effective and supportive, assisting every student.
Infrastructure: The college provides essential facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, and labs, which are well-maintained and of high quality. Classrooms are clean, air-conditioned, and conducive to learning. While there is no hostel on the campus, PG accommodations are available nearby. The canteen serves good-quality food.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent, offering strong support to every student. They are always available and provide high-quality teaching. The course curriculum is relevant, and while semester exams can be challenging, a 40% pass rate makes them manageable.

Absolutely satisfied with the previous year campus placements.
Placements: The Bengal Institute of Technology (BIT) is one of the best colleges in Kolkata for its placement records and also for its college campus ambience. Maximum numbers of students get placement in our electronics and communication department from college campuses. Students can have their internship programs whenever they need them for upcoming campus placements. Companies like Salesforce, SAP, Accenture, etc. recruit from our college every year during college campusing.
Infrastructure: Our college campus area is a little bit constrained, but it consists of every necessary facility for students and college faculty members. Our college has unlimited Wi-Fi access on campus. Hostel facilities are not there, but the college canteen is so good and contains great-quality foods at cheaper prices.
Faculty: Curricular activities do not have great encouragement from our college authorities, they are not that relevant to our course, and our college semester exams are not very easy to pass until the concepts are clear. The college faculty members of our Bengal Institute of Technology are very well behaved and very humble. They have a great sense of humor and teaching experience. They clear our doubts whenever we need them, and they support us.
Other: Laboratories should be more clean.

Our college provides great placement opportunities and has good faculty members.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, etc. Almost 75% of students got internships from our course in companies like TCS, Adobe, etc. Top roles offered are software developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Many useful labs are available in our college. Classrooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Our library is enriched with books. The hostel facilities are good. The food served in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities, sports, and games are good.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All of them are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching quality is very good. The course is curriculum relevant and makes students industry ready. If students study well, then semester exams are not much difficult.

Review of Bengal Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placements are average like other tier 3 colleges across nations. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Many companies are IT and software-based.
Infrastructure: Our college is small, and it has 4 streams like CS, IT, ECE, and BT. Library is available. Laboratory is not great. Canteen is available, and the food quality is good at reasonable prices. Our college does not provide hostel facilities. Our college is far away from the main city approximately 7-9 kms.
Faculty: Our college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam University of Technology, and our syllabus is decided by this university. Faculty members are well-qualified and helpful. Our university charges Rs.1200 as exam registration fees.
Other: Our college does not have great coding culture, so we have to find ourselves.

2 years back placement was so much good compared to this year.
Placements: 80% of students got placement in our course in well-known companies every year. Previous year the highest package was 11 Lacs per year. 50% of students got internship offers from those top recruiting companies like Wipro, contingent, and windows.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not available for our college campus, so students need to find a mess or PG options on our side of the college campus. Free Wi-Fi is available for students and teachers both. Labs are good & classrooms are good enough. But the Library is not that good according to me it could be better.
Faculty: Fair to say our teachers do much amazing and their behavior is so good. They are Highly Qualified & their teaching quality is so interesting, inspirational & unique. No, not at all, Curriculum activities are not that relevant. I don't think that makes the students industry ready.
Other: College Canteen should be upgraded.
