Yes, BVRIT Hyderabad does offerd MTech. The two -year degree programme, M.Tech is offered at the postgraduate level. M.Tech is offered across eight specialisations Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering,  Data Sciences,  Electrical Power Systems,  Electric Vehicle Technology,  Embedded Systems,  Engineering Design, and VLSI Design.
