Review of UoH - University of Hyderabad.
Placements: 50 percent of people were placed in my course. 22 LPA is the highest package offered in my course, and 10 LPA is the lowest average package offered in my course. MARVEL and INTEL, DE are top companies. 50 percent of the people got internships in my course.
Infrastructure: The facilities of the hostel are very good, with good Wi-Fi, good meals, and drinking water available at all times. There is 24/7 electricity, and there is no water problem in hostels and departments. The infrastructure of the course is also very good, with good faculty.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was relevant, which makes the students industry-ready. There is some difficulty in the semester exams, and 50 percent is the pass percentage in the semester.

The college has good infrastructure, campus, average placement and quality education.
Placements: The placement scenario in the University of Hyderabad is average for M.Tech. About 80% of the student are getting placement every year. The lowest package is 3 LPA, the average is 4.5 LPA, and the highest is 13 LPA. The students can apply for an internship in the final year. There is a proper functional placement cell working in the university for the department. The companies are categorized into two types: Dream and Non-Dream. A company which offers package more then 5 LPA comes under dream company otherwise non-dream. About 8-10 dream companies and 10-15 non-dream companies used to come for placement every year. The companies that are visiting every year are Teradata, JP Morgan, One convergence, Hitachi, NPCI, TCS, Zen Technology, Franklin, CDK Global, HSBC etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure wise the university is just excellent. This is one of the best and greenest campuses in India, also one of the largest campuses that is widespread approximately 3000 acres. The facilities such as Wi-Fi is available in every part of the university including hostel rooms. The labs are well-maintained, systems are in working condition and also updated. The classroom, the library is well-maintained and updated. Reading rooms are available for student 24/7. A very well-maintained health centre is available on campus 24/7. The sports complex is available in which cricket, football, volleyball, badminton court is available. The indoor games are also available. The hostel rooms are well and good. The mess food is the only concern. The canteen is working with the various kinds of food.
Faculty: In the M.Tech department, all the faculty members are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Almost every subject is taught by professors who are very good in that area. In the first year, there will be much coursework in which students have to get enrolled. The final year will be the project work only.The course is well divided into the category. In M.Tech in Computer Science, there are three specialisations available in which student can opt for anyone. In final year student have to do a major project work under any guide based on his specialisation.
Other: The scholarship is provided as per the AICTE rules. They charge Rs. 12,400 per month for M.Tech students.

Other: Most Faculty members are have good hold on their area but a few are not good. Overall environment of University is good. Fees as compared to other university is very less. Placements are above average. Good companies like Tera-data, Amazon, IBM-ISL, TCS-Lab, HSBC bank, Map-R comes for placements and internship and offer an average package of 7.5 lacs.
