In order to get admission to IIIT Hyderabad for MTech, students are required to apply via PGEE, CEED or GATE exam for different M.Tech specialisations. Eligible candidates who qualify these exams are offered admission. STEP 1: IIIT Hyderabad Application Process 2024
To apply for a course at IIIT Hyderabad, candidates must visit the official website and apply online. Candidates must appear for the JEE Main entrance exam to apply for the BTech course, and for the M.Tech course, they must apply for PGEE. It is important to ensure that the application form is submitted within the prescribed due date.

STEP 2: Release of Cutoff List
After the application process, the institute releases a course-wise cutoff list. This list indicates the minimum required score in the respective entrance exam for a candidate to become eligible for admission.

STEP 3: Counselling
Candidates applying for a BTech course must undergo JoSAA counselling for seat allotment.

STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
After the selection rounds and counselling, seats are allotted to the eligible candidates. Selected students can then pay the required fee to confirm their seats.
