Is Private College A Good Choice?
Placements: Till the second year, we were informed about placement, but none of our seniors got any till now. There is no word like placement in there. You could only get a job if you had some connection to the company's employees. The best you can get is through your senior help.
Infrastructure: At Camellia, facilities such as the library and hostel were good as compared to the lab. The food at the hostel was average, but the quantity was great. The equipment in the labs is outdated, and teachers were to lazy to work on it. Sports, games, and medical facilities were far better than anything.
Faculty: I chose EE as my branch to explore a wide range of career opportunities, but the faculty were so bad that they were unable to finish the syllabus before the exam. As university conduct exam on time but due to finished syllabus student always had to face problem during exam. One good thing about our college is that the semester felt fixed, so we didn't have to worry about a fee hike.
Other: Life at Camellia was average as we got a festival in June-July, where local artists used to perform. The best thing about my college was the library; it was heaven. Book-related topics and subjects are there. One thing that our college could have was a social group or clubs to enhance the interaction between students and teachers or students and students. On the other hand, the hostel was good as compared to the college campus but average.

It is one of the best and lush green campuses, but campus placements are not up to the mark.
Placements: In our batch, a very low salary package was offered to our students, like 9,500 to 15,000 per month. Some BPO jobs were also offered to some students. The placement cell is pathetic in their service. Only tier-3 companies and some consultancies come to this college for campusing.
Infrastructure: Hostel accommodation was good, but the food was very bad. The first-aid facility was available. The library is of state-of-the-art quality. Labs are spacious and full of instruments, and classrooms are also neat and clean. All practicals are performed, and instructors are helpful.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly. They are not knowledgeable enough, but they guide and motivate students. Most of the teachers are part-timers. The head of the department is very good but also strict. The number of teachers is very less than actually needed.
Other: Scholarship assistance is given to every needy student. I also availed myself of a scholarship. The campus is awesome as it is lush green and very peaceful. Volleyball and tennis facilities are available here.
