Will surely recommend it.
Placements: Placements are good. Placement officers have been appointed and they are providing good opportunities. Students should also put efforts for the same. Overall its good. In coming years it will surely rise to a new height. New companies are visiting now.
Infrastructure: Hostel is near to campus. Bus services are also provided. Though I don't stay in the hostel but as far my friends are concerned they are happy with it. Only thing they can improve is that to increase the rooms so that single rooms can be given to them.
Faculty: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. They provide us with notes and explain us the curriculum properly. The strength of this college is the professionalism of the teachers in their subjects. They are strict and friendly both. So that a balance is there.

It has great opportunities, faculty members, and good placements at a very low fee structure.
Placements: Placements in Calcutta University CSE department are good as B.Tech courses in Calcutta University were started in 2015. In the CSE department, almost 100% of the students got placements on-campus. The average salary package offered ranges from 8 LPA to 9 LPA. Students can participate in placements in 3rd year also. Every year companies like TCS Digital, Cognizant, L&T, and Wipro visit the campus for placement. Overall placements in Calcutta University are great as it's B. Tech courses are new. CU is the 2nd best college in terms of placements under WBJEE after JU.
Infrastructure: CU provides a great infrastructure at a low cost. There are 3 hostels for B.Tech students. In every hostel room, they provide LAN and Wi-Fi support. Every campus at CU has a library with a huge amount of books. According to the fee structure, the facilities and infrastructure are great. The food quality in the CU hostel is quite good. Overall CU provides us with good facilities and infrastructure at low fee charges.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful. CU has one of the best teachers in our country. Many teachers are from IITs and also from top foreign countries. They guide us on any path of our journey. Training and placement cell is great in CU. Semester exams are a little bit difficult and teachers are stingy to give marks.
Other: I opted for this college because CU is one of the best universities in West Bengal as well as India. It is in the top 5 in university rankings in NIR.

It is a good university to opt for.
Placements: Most of the students here are interested in the research work. For placements, more than 10% of the students sit for company interviews. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Almost 90% of the students get internships. Students' enthusiasm is more appreciated for their interests in internships and placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is excellent. In the hostel, we have facilities like 24X7 Wi-Fi. There are no restrictions on timings. You are all set to follow your routine. There is an excellent canteen and the medical facilities are good.
Faculty: Faculty members here are available at top-notch. Teachers are very helpful in academics since their qualification is not distinguishable with anyone. Teaching quality is perfect, and this has the best professors of this reputed university. Semester exams are not very easy, even if you make good preparations, the questions will answer your all expectations. The pass percentage is 6 6 SGPA.
Other: B.Tech at Calcutta University is a very good choice. Department of computer science has completed 41 years of its glory of excellence. If you're financially unstable despite these unprecedented times, then this course here will be your better choice. It has good campus life.

Review of Calcutta University.
Placements: Our college's placement stats are not that attractive. It started its B.Tech course in 2015, and very few batches have passed out. Its stats and quality are improving on a daily basis, and its students' capacity is too low, which are also a big reason for low stats.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that good. It is a small campus as compared to other colleges in terms of acres. It is situated well inside the main city, so I think they have a very little area to expand their campus, and students taken are only about 20 to 30.
Faculty: The quality of teaching of the staff members is very good. The whole curriculum is designed with the latest edition. It is a well-known university as it maintains its credibility. The course structure of industry-ready is rapidly changing, and I think it may nearly match it.
Other: Everything is good as compared to the return on investment, and it is the brand value of Calcutta University.
