Had the best time of my life at the Chitkara University.

Placements: The placement and the job opportunitiesare very well placed in our hands. Lots of companies came to our campus for recruitment and students got the best job offers according to their skills and interests. Almost every day, a new company come for the recruitment.

Infrastructure: The labs were equipped with modern equipment. All the latest technology was there for us to use. A separate college festival along with various extracurricular activities was organized. In sports, there was a cricket, volleyball, or basketball competition held every month.

Faculty: We had a semester exam system. There are lots of quizzes which would ultimately add up to your internals. In one semester, we had like 10 subjects including practicals also.

Other: The fee is expensive. Scholarship is available for the ones who are in need. I had the best time and grew as a person in this college.

Review of Chitkara University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chandigarh.

Placements: Placements are provided for those who have been very good from the start of the course and actively participated in various activities. The civil engineering course is newly introduced on this campus, in 2017 (in Punjab campus). Companies may or may not arrive as no one as been placed yet as the senior-most batch is in 3rd year now.

Infrastructure: If you are pursuing civil engineering, then the block assigned to you would, unfortunately, be without A/Cs, and you would probably be getting all hectic summers. Food in the mess is very impressive, and one would have no complaints regarding it.

Faculty: Civil engineering is newly introduced, so they do focus on students and don't let them lag from others. It is new, so it has its advantages as things, sometimes, could be neglected in order not to create fuss. Sometimes, one would feel that he/she is not in college but school due to certain rules.

Other: The problem one would face there is being a hosteller. There are certain rules that would bind you and create problems when you want to leave the campus on working days before 4 pm.

My teacher is highly educated mostly from IIT, M.Tech.

Placements: My college is best for placement. At this time many, companies come or call students and offer many opportunities for skill improvement. And their package is around 1-5 Lacs but the package offered by the company are more better and provide more placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very well. There is a Wi-Fi facility available in my hostel. Most of the college doesn't provide which helps me to suffer well as well as there are good cupboards available in the room which help us to keep our things more and even in a clean way.

Faculty: My college faculty is very good. There are many branches electrical engineering, computer Science engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc. The very interesting and please place is lab and many other facilities like football basketball are also available.

Other: Civil engineering branch is very interesting as it relates to our environment, society, earth. And gives us power and knowledge to change our physical life. And our college organises annual feasts and many others too.

Average campus and study opportunities lags in some backgrounds and on top in few.

Placements: Campus allows many opportunities for you to get placed almost every week one or two companies gonna visit the campus for placements. Only drawback is that the core companies in civil is very few big companies do visit the campus like TATA. Tech mahindra but they only select 2 or 3 students so you gotta try your best.

Infrastructure: There is different blocks in the campus as per the hostel is concerned, first years get different hostel for boys and girls respectively. As per academics is concerned civil department has different block and other trades have respective blocks as well. Labs are well-equipped too.

Faculty: The faculty is very cooperative most of the professors stay in college campus only so you can contact them at any time. Professors are very kind intellectual as well. Course are well planned and structured. First year all the trades have same subjects. From second year core subjects starts with every respective trade.

Other: Campus crowd is not much so you are free many activities functions happen many sports event.
