It is a good college with excellent placements.
Placements: Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Kochi, Amadeus, etc., visit our campus. There is an opportunity where students can get placed in Japan through Zenken India Corporation. The salary package offered is 20 LPA. Placements for IT branches are too good, and for core branches, they're less.
Infrastructure: Our college provides excellent infrastructure. The campus is small, but all facilities are available. There is a good canteen, a play area, and a parking area for both students and teachers. The hostel is good. The quality of food in the hostel is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are excellent. The curriculum followed is the VTU curriculum. Our teachers are double-degree graduates, and many of them are Ph.D. holders. They have many years of experience in their fields. Two internal exams are conducted, and the assignment marks are calculated for the internal marks of the semester.

Review of CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
Placements: Almost 90% of students from our college are placed. Top recruiting companies are Eurofins, Wipro, TCS, etc. Our college produced many data scientists. Most people got their internships in their 3rd year. But still, I recommend people to join other colleges.
Infrastructure: Those 3 stars given are for the course and faculty members. The infrastructure is poor. Though this college is being one of the top colleges in Bangalore and the brand of the college is so strong, the infrastructure isn't up to the mark. Only the canteen is a little good.
Faculty: We have good faculty members which is the best part of our college. They support you a lot in your studies. They give tests regularly to give us hold over subjects and make us prepared for exams. If you write VTV exams, you are already prepared.
Other: The fest conducted in our college is good.

It is the best college with great exposure and perfect location.
Placements: The placements scenario is very good overall in CMRIT, but with the lion's share of placements going to CSE or ISE then ECE after that comes EEE. But I would say that's fair enough because the intake of CSE and ISE combined is around 420 and ECE alone is 240, even after that the placements are very good for EEE, most of them get placed in a wide range of companies like Koch Industries, Pepsi, Deloitte, and every service based companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. Few core companies also do visit like around 5 who hire for low packages, but the career growth is good, to name a few Bosch and Philips. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA and 5 LPA bonuses by Amazon. The average salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA - 8 LPA for CSE or ISE students through campus. Other big packages include 14 LPA by PhonePe to 10 students which include 1 EEE student also and 3 ECE students.
Infrastructure: The laboratories are well-equipped and well maintained, and all the classrooms are fitted with projectors. Wi-Fi facility is given to the hostel students and it is good at night, but becomes low in the daytime due to heavy usage and more no devices connected. The hostel is good, but the food is not that great from what I heard. Most of the students prefer to stay outside for more freedom and choice, also it will cost around half the cost to stay at a PG. Accommodation and food should not be a problem at all, because CMRIT is located at the heart of ITPL and tech companies, with a wide range of options to choose from for everyone's budget. Just Google the AECS layout area students will find everything they require.
Faculty: Faculty members of EEE are one of the best who is well experienced in what they teach and even go beyond that by encouraging the students to take up the mini project and research papers. They make the class very engaging and no students ever hesitate to approach the faulty if they need because they are very welcoming and are always encouraging to have a constructive discussion of ideas and problems with students. The exams and curriculum are VTU affiliated, so according to the new system 50% internals and 50% externals, of the 50% internals, the marks are divided by 10 each for 3 internals and 10 for assignments, and 10 for the mini project which makes it easy to score if students to have put in the required effort.
Other: It is the best value for money for me as I got in though KCET it becomes expensive for comedk and management. I wish VTU keeps the syllabus updated according to the changing market demands to keep up with the current changing technological world. Students have multiple events each year like the fest which is a 2-days event with a DJ night on the closing day, retro clothing day, traditional day, interdepartmental sports day, and cultural days. This college has many clubs technical, cultural, and non-technical and hackathons and competitions conducted year round.

It's an amazing college with the best teachers and good placements, and I totally recommend it.
Placements: The placements in our college are very good. 80% of the students got placed with very good packages. Companies like TCS, Socgen and many more provide different designations. There is a lot of technical training provided by the college for placement. Overall, the placements are excellent compared to nearby colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not the best, but it's good. The college has well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi connection and also big classrooms with CCTV. The auditorium of the college is beautiful. There's a cafeteria with the best food. A coffee day is also available.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. They are the best in their subject with Masters or PhDs. They are helpful. Since they organise industrial visits, I think it helps us more when it's time to work. Apart from the course curriculum, there are a number of other technical events conducted by the college which are helpful. Overall, the passing percentage is 85%.

It is a good college for IT, and very few companies come in for the core.
Placements: It is a good college for IT, but not much for core companies. But overall a good college to be recommended. They give opportunities for other extracurricular activities. Learning is fun at CMRIT, as students and faculty members get together to make a difference through persevering and achieving intellectual satisfaction. Placements are attractive here with almost 100%. Placements rate and quality of students who come out as output is great capacities. Overall it is a great place to flourish the career. I also get internships opportunity through the placements cell.
Infrastructure: CMR has a very good infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories and a library.
Faculty: CMR is one of the great place to study, research experience, and opportunities are great here. Professors are experienced and knowledgeable. The framework and institution policies are designed in such a way that they are useful for the growth of faculty and students. The TYL courses help students to get thought of real world requirements and industry ready. Teachers are always ready to teach if students are interested. The faculty members are always ready to help. A lot of webinars, club activities, presentations by students, and guest lectures are held to help the students understand the current market trends. I am sure this will help me in the future, especially as an engineering student like me. I would like to thank my mentor and all the faculty members for their support.
Other: This is a very good college.
