I am absolutely dissatisfied with this college.
Placements: Our branch did not have placements and no company visited our campus to hire students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available on campus with a data limit of 1 GB. Labs did not fulfill the requirements. Library did not contain the latest books and limited books have to be taken to study. The canteen was not good. Sports were not played because there was no playground on campus.
Faculty: Exams conducted in our college were very difficult. Teachers were helpful and good. They were not much qualified. Some teachers were qualified but they would not teach you whatever they know. The course curriculum was not relevant and did not make students ready for the industry.
Other: Our college did not organise events and fests. It should provide better placements. The hostel fee was Rs.60,000 per year.

New instruments required for the labs.
Placements: Previous year about 60% of student were placed in my course. As far as I know the highest salary was 7 Lacs and the lowest was 1 Lacs and talking about the average then it was 3 Lacs. Very few core companies come for our branch, last year sanjeev automobile came for both automobile and mechanical. Traniee, Technician, Technical executive are the roles offered to us. I don't have much knowledge about internship course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure which are provided to us are of average quality. Our labs are not well-equipped and need new instruments and machine. Wi-Fi are present all over but they are not in working condition in some corners of the building. Classrooms are of average quality with cctv implemented. Hostel is big but facilities are not proper with very bad medical facilites and food quality are not up to the mark.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable but some are more knowledgeable and some are less. Every teacher is very kind and friendly. They are always ready to clear our ought. Classroom environment is healthy and friendly. Yes this course is curriculum relevant and it makes students industry ready.
Other: My parents told me to take this branch as there are lots of government post for my branch and this is also the best thing about my branch. Labs and hostel need improvements Inter and Intra sports tournaments, freshers and farwell parties, annual day, singing, dancing, writing are the various events held in our college.

The college has good infrastructure without maintenance.
Placements: As nowadays, no other sector companies are offering placements apart from software companies. So only software companies visit our college for placements. Approximately 30% of the students got placed. But they don't provide an internship. If you are opting IT or CS branch, then you might have a chance to get placed.
Infrastructure: Labs in our college are average for all the branches, but they can be maintained. Hostel for both girl and boys are available inside the college, but the hostel food and other facilities should be improved.
Faculty: The course curriculum is designed by Biju Patnaik University of Technology for many colleges in Odisha. It is not that bad, but the teaching and examination process should be improved. Students should be provided with good notes and hands-on experience in the lab.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to be a mechanical engineer. The college should invite companies for mechanical placements.

I am appreciated and encouraged by our college and dissatisfied with placements of 2017 batch.
Placements: About 70% of students got placed in our course. The salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro visited the campus. Many students were placed in an internship. My college campus is suitable for outside state students, and there is a communication system for other institutions. About 50% of students got an internship.
Infrastructure: There is a medical emergency ambulance available in our college. Nature is almost beautiful and peaceful, and hostel food is awesome. Many types of books are available in the college library, so it is easy to find a book in anytime before lunch. Sports equipment are not available in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, cooperative, and friendly. College staff are helping students to apply in any scholarship which is declared by the state government and the central government. So, students are receiving a scholarship from the college of Rs. 10,000.
Other: I have chosen this course because I hard something about this branch from my senior brothers. I want to develop a workshop facility at our college. I have some bad experience from events, crowd and connection.

I am dissatisfied with this college.
Placements: Our batch is of 2016-2020, B.Tech mechanical. Still, no core company has visited so I can't say about the highest or the lowest salary packages offered. I don't have an idea about the percentage of students who got an internship for our course.
Infrastructure: Our department is on the 3rd floor therefore weak signal for Wi-Fi. Classrooms are okay, and labs are only in the 1st year after that no lab practical happened. The hostel food is the worst. However, college canteen's food is okay.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum was not good, and it does not make students industry-ready. In this college, this course curriculum is not relevant.
Other: Hardly some events are conducted in our college. Campus crowd is only visible during the fest.
