I was dissatisfied because of faculty but good placements in branches like CS, IT, EE, and ME.
Placements: About 2% of students got placed in our agriculture batch of 2017-2021. The salary offered was between Rs.17500 - Rs.12000 per month which was given by TEFE, a tractor company. Only one company came for placement. The internship was given to 30% of students by Mahindra and Mahindra and to 100% of students by Escort. Northern region farm machinery training and testing center offered to 50% of students.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi was available in the hostel only for hostlers. For first-year, 10 GB, and for others, it was unlimited. In the library, it was free for all. The food quality was good in the hostel mess. There was a good scope of sports. We had a high-tech indoor ground. We played ricket, football, hockey, wrestling, badminton, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful but most of the posts were vacant. About 60 to 80% of posts of professors were vacant. The course was relevant and it made us ready for industrial wore. We had a lot of experience with industries through our internships. 95% passing percentage.
Other: I was very interested in agriculture industry. There is a very high scope for entrepreneurship in the agriculture industry. I want one thing which is the number of teachers for students must be increased.

In CTAE, good placements every year and good facilities are provided to students.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placements is about 70-80%. The highest salary package offered is around 9 LPA which is secured by one or two students only. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA and the minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies in agriculture are Mahindra and Mahindra, Tafe John Deere, Jain irrigation, and HDFC Bank.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are provided to students in our college. Infrastructure is also good. In the hostel, Wi-Fi facilities are available. In a single room, you will get a chair, table, almirah, bed, and an environment to study. Food quality is not good and never it can be improved. The canteen is accessible.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful at a certain level in our college. They have completed Ph.D. in their own subjects. They have more than enough knowledge in referring to subjects. The curriculum of the subjects makes students ready for the industry but the agriculture branch is not for industrial purposes. It generally gets a government job.
Other: I chose the agriculture branch because all over Rajasthan, only this college has an agriculture engineering branch. The best thing is it has a good opportunity in the government sector in an easy way so I chose it.

Overall, the college is good.
Placements: I say that the college is above-average because the college placements are above average. Approximately 60-70% of students get placed in my course. Well-known companies offer job opportunities with great packages.
Infrastructure: I say the college is above average. The college has smart classrooms with smart boards and projectors, which makes our studies easier and also saves time. The laboratories are well-equipped with tools and machines.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and are highly educated from well-known institutes of India and highly knowledgeable. The teaching quality of teachers is good, and they teach in such a way that we learn and understand things easily.

CTAE Udaipur is a good government college for engineering.
Placements: Placements in our college are average for some branches and good for some branches. The mining branch has good placements. Students who score 60% in their academics and don't have any backlogs are eligible for placements. IT companies, consultancy companies, and MNCs select students from our college for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not as good as IITs and NITs. But at the state government level, this college is better than others and the ranking of this college is also good. In research fields, this college secures good rank, especially in the agriculture field.
Faculty: Faculty members, curriculum, and exams for our course are average. Because results are declared in a PDF format. It should be online rather than in PDF format. A yearly calendar for the schedule of college should be given which can help students and faculty members to plan their schedules according to that.

The college has really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am a student of CTAE Udaipur, first-year batch, agricultural engineering. The highest package offered in my course was 25 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 5 LPA, and the average package was 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies for this course are Mahindra, Hindustan Zinc, Wonder Cement, Sonalika Tractors etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities in the hostel and mess are above average. Medical facilities are better, as the college has its own dispensary for medicines and health checkups. A huge playground is available for sports in which every sports court is available, like badminton court, tennis court, football ground, cricket ground etc.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and friendly. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is awesome. This course is a widely popular and most successful course of CTAE, Udaipur college. Semester exams are above average. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: The best thing about this course is that this course offers plenty of career scopes, as agriculture engineering graduates can work as a lecturer and professor in government or private institutions.
