Placements: I'm currently studying in the 3rd year of electrical engineering in CGEC, and ours is the 3rd batch of this college. It is a new government engineering college. Placements: Very few students got selected in companies, and very few companies came here. For civil engineering, no companies came here. Top recruiting companies like LND never come here. None of the students got an internship in civil engineering, but some training is given for some software.

Placements: There are no placements at all here. Students get placed after completing their course through off-campus interviews. Campus placements are not offered in our department as the college is new. However, we hope that the number of placements will increase as the college gets some reputation. We get internships and training from government sectors.

Placements: I am a student of CGEC in CSE Dept. It is a new and very good college. It is clean and beautiful, and our college is located near a river. Seniors in our college are very good than other colleges, and they are very helpful. The placement cell is good. Almost 55 seniors out of 71 students from the CSE department got placed in many companies in the pandemic situation. Placements: Being a new institution, the college cannot boast about placements yet. To date, only one batch has graduated and considering all the scenarios they did manage to provide placements to quite a few students. The exact details of the placements were never published. Other than on-campus placements many students secured jobs through off-campus placements too.

Placements: I am currently studying in 4th year of ME. I don't know much about the previous year placement records. However, I have heard that in the previous year, many students from every branch got placed in well-known companies like TCS and many more with more than average salary packages.

Placements: I am currently studying in final year Mechanical Engineering of CGEC. Last year few students of our college from Mechanical and other department like civil, electrical, ECE, CSE got placed in some well known company all over West Bengal with satisfactory payrolls.

Placements: Most of the students got placed in different companies. The highest package offered to student is 10 lakh per annum by BYJU'S. Top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT etc. Almost every student got an internship during course period. Some local company also offered students with 3 lakh per annum package.

Placements: Our college is new, but lots of students get placed in different companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Almost 90% of the students got an internship during their course period.

Placements: Though our college is newly built, our teachers try to arrange placements for students. A lot of students got placed this year with the highest salary package of 10 LPA. Almost 80% of the students go through internships during the study period. Most of the students from our branch got placed in companies like TCS, Cognizant, etc.

Placements: CGEC is a new engineering college situated in North Bengal of WB. Since it is a new engineering college, the percentage of students who got placed is slightly less than any other reputed government engineering college. But many number of students from each branch got placed in the previous year.

Placements: As 2020 passed out batch is the first batch of our college, so the placement rate is not high here. However, this year, a lot of companies visited our college to recruit students. All the students of our college get the chance to do an internship in good companies and government authorities like Air, etc.

Placements: Almost 30 students got placed through a pool campus. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Cognizant and TCS are recruiting students. Every student in our department got an internship. Some of them got an internship in Amazon, Wipro and many other start-up companies.

Placements: Coochbehar Government Engineering College is a newly established engineering college, which started in the year 2016. Our college has an active training and placement cell which supports us to take any training and internship in any industry. Teachers and TPO cell members always groom the students to be ready for service in the industry. TPO cell always tries to place the students to well-known industries.

Placements: Many students get placed from our college. I don't have the correct idea about the highest and lowest salary packages offered because of the lockdown due to COVID-19. A few companies visited our college for placements, and most of the students get internships in various companies. The training and placement cell of our college is good.
