Review of Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology , Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions.
Placements: Companies visit our college to recruit different students of different courses are quite moderate in recruiting. However, there are some good companies and some average companies. You can go ahead with any one of your choices. More than 50% of students got an internship in their desired course.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are moderate. It is satisfactory if you want to come and join college life and keep enjoying your days in college. There are different labs and classrooms in the college. One can visit there at any time. I was a local student, so I am not aware of the hostel premises.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. They have enough knowledge and experience in their relevant subject and courses. The course curriculum is relevant. The exams conducted here are of moderate level, and one who reads before the exam can also clear the exam. The passing percentage is above 33% for every course.
Other: I had chosen this course because my education qualification was relevant to the subject. B.Tech is also a prominent and professional course as of today in the industry. Our college organises fest and events twice a year.

Campus and placements are average.
Placements: Placements are average, and approximately 50% of the students got placed in different organisations. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Cisco and Nerolac visited at our time. Our college managed to provide good internship opportunities for students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. All necessary facilities like labs, computer rooms, classrooms, a library, auditorium and canteen are good. There are proper seating on the campus and ground. Hostel facilities are good, and the food available in the mess is also decent. Medical and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good but not much experienced. They know how to connect with students, how to teach, but they did not have vast technical experience. Their teaching quality is good, and they are very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the behaviour of teachers and managing officials.
Placements: A lot of companies are visiting DBIT campus every year. A few of them are for B.Tech, but you always have an opportunity to get placed in companies coming for management student. Overall, placement of DBIT is good, you will get placed, but cannot guarantee a good company. The highest salary offered was 3.5 LPA, and for the lowest, there were companies for whom you have to work for free.
Infrastructure: DBIT campus has two blocks, and one is for ECE, EEE and CSE branches and another one is for ME and CE. Both the buildings have two floors, and there is a single library for both buildings. The books in the library are only available relating to courses, and you can find a few magazines (not updated). The labs in both the blocks are sufficient for all the branches to perform every experiment. But sometimes you might be simulating any experiment on the computer because you will not have a proper kit to perform it. This college is not for sports or games, although there is a sports week, it's not fair. You have to pay for each game you play because the students conduct them.
Faculty: Some of the teachers in the campus are qualified and knowledgeable. The best part of studying in DBIT is, you cannot bunk any lecture because faculty members take care of students. Some of the faculty members are previous year graduates from the same college and join as a lab assistant and promoted as faculty members next year. Some teachers only come to take a lecture to mark his presence and to finish the syllabus.
Other: There are a lot of ECA going on all the year. Like the annual fest is a good stage to prove your talent, we are organising a lot of events all the year, departmental and inter department. There are lots of celebrities visiting every year, but again you are forced to listen to chairman speech for 2hrs between fest.

There is a 100% placement and the infrastructure of our college is quite good.
Placements: There is a 100% placement in our college. So many companies visit our college every day. The pool campus drive is another option for the placement. Core companies, marketing companies and the Indian Navy also visit our college. Placements are good at DBIT.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. We have defined labs for different subjects. Wi-Fi facility is also there. There is an ambulance for an emergency, medical facilities are good. There is ground and different courts for different outdoor games.
Faculty: The teachers were good and help students in their projects and many other activities. Quality of teaching is okay. Projectors are used as a different teaching methods. Quality of education is decreasing in our college day by day. We go to Industrial visits.
Other: Our campus location is good. Our college organises yearly fest 'Pinaak'.

I am not satisfied because of the quality of teaching and the facilities provided.
Placements: Many opportunities are provided for the students. There are many placements drives. Approximately, 150 companies (like IFB, EDAG, Wipro, etc.), visited every year to provide jobs to the deserved ones. The highest package offered is 40 lacs per annum (Robbins India ). The average package offered is 2 lacs per annum. 78% of the students got placed.
Infrastructure: The facilities like library, classrooms, technical labs, etc. are up to the mark. According to me, DBIT has the worst hostel. Either I cannot talk about the facilities there or the food quality. The hostel rooms are good. DBIT has the largest computer lab in all over Uttarakhand.
Faculty: The faculty members are not well-qualified to provide good quality of knowledge to the students. The teaching quality is poor. There are no industrial exposures at all. They only focus on the theoretical concepts of any subjects, which is not suitable for any engineering students. The engineering students must have the good practical knowledge to get placed in a good company. Because of this, many good companies got blacklisted in DBIT.
Other: Pinak is a cultural event, which is conducted in April. In which a celebrity is invited as per the demands of the students. Every year, a national level project competition is conducted known as Navdhara just before Pinak. The campus is located in a good environment, out of the hustle and bustle of the Dehradun's crowd.
