Satisfied with faculty members only that's it.

Placements: In aspect of placement this college is not good. Obviously many of us want a decent placement from any college but here the placement graph is going down day by day. Very less companies are visiting our college, in case if they are coming also they are recruiting very less number of students,. Earlier the placement was good but from last 2 years it has become the worst. This year companies like accenture, one Japanese company, TCS, Mahindra etc. Came to our college. In 2015 the highest salary wa...

Average college but a good one for those who study well.

Placements: Placements are not so good. But toppers can somehow manage to get placed to some companies. There are human resource training classes for the development of skills and communications. Placements for our senior batches were not so well. I don't have idea about companies. Students with good overall percentage gets internship.

Good enough to take admission.

Placements: Placement is okay Not giving enough placement but gives sufficient if u have talent. Placement cell is working hard to arrange placement for students. Overall its good but it can go better. Teachers are so supportive they help for placement. Special classes are introduced for placement.

DBIT is an average college.

Placements: The placements are good. A lot of people will get placed, but average salary will be 3 LPA-4 LPA. Most of the companies will be a startup, and some will be reputed companies in IT, mechanical and civil sector. Many of my seniors got placed and already got a call letter too. So overall it is a good college with average placements.

Overall, we can have an above average package, balanced by few advantages and disadvantages.

Placements: I have seen many of my seniors attend the placement programs. They are getting good jobs with decent packages. The overall placement acquired by students that are placed on notice board give us the better hope. In placements, our college is doing quite well.

The college has above average ratings.

Placements: The placements are not at all good. They provided only 3 major companies with a placement opportunity and rest of the companies they brought are BPO kind of companies. We got 3 major companies like L&T, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini in these also selected students are working under tech support profiles only.

Review of Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

Placements: There is an average placement record in the college. Hardly 35% of the students get placed every year. There was not even a single mechanical company which came for the campus placement. But the CS, IS, EC and TC branches have a good number of companies coming in for the tech support and software engineer profiles.

It's an okay college, situated away from the city. The placements was not so good when we graduated. There was no core jobs offered for ECE engineers. But overall the staffs are good and knowledgeable. The CSE branch is one of the best on college with opportunities.

It is a college situated on Mysore road. It is not the franchise of the original Don Bosco Group, so don't get confused. It provides various engineering courses and Post Graduate courses and MBA also. As per the placements in engineering, CSE and ECE branches have a decent placement record and these branches are NBA accredited. College management is also average and students studying are generally from all parts of the country.

The college is very good and its campus is very attractive with a different view from other colleges, in the middle of a large city and the instructors are great. Also, if you worked hard in high school, or from a transfer school, or work hard to maintain a high GPA, they have lots of merit based benefits. And the bad things of this college were the quality of students who go there and who don't care about academics, scattered campus, not the best for living on-campus. Plus, even though the acad...

Our college provides very good placements.

Placements: Placements provided in our college were good. Students with good skills can get placed if they work hard and learn coding languages such as Python, Java, C, and C+. Many internship programs were held in our college for students.

Don Bosco Institute Of Technology has good studying facilities and faculty.

Placements: Placements are quite good for the batch. There is no information about the highest, lowest and average packages offered by companies. Top recruiting companies are General Motors, IBM, Quest, etc. Top roles offered are project manager, assistant engineer, etc. The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month, the average salary offered is between Rs. 20,000-30,000 per month. I am not aware of internships.

Overall it is average college.

Placements: Placements rate decreased when compared to previous batches. Most of the companies visiting now ask money to join them or just internship types or the consultancies. Always college HR keeps on changing due to which there was a lot of communication between students and placement departments. Resources for students were also not sufficient.

Don Bosco Institute Of Technology is overall a decent college to study.

Placements: Placements are quite good. Recently HCL, Infosys, Capgemini and many more companies visited the campus for recruiting students for different positions. Some companies like Fidelis India, Accenture and few more also visited for tech support. Overall nearly 25 companies visited this year and placements were decent.
