Try for other Meghe group colleges than this one.
Placements: Placements are usually for all colleges of Meghe Group(4 colleges). So you'll face 4 times the competition. There are mostly IT companies during placements, hardly any core company shows up. I don't know about the percentage, but placement figures are not up to the mark. The college provides CRT for free. The internship was not encouraged when I was in the college. But there is a different placement officer now, so hope it has all changed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is up to the mark. All the labs are well-equipped and the library has a huge collection of books and magazines. NPTEL courses are available. Common rooms are also provided. The canteen is a bit costly, but the food is tasty. Thr classrooms are good. Hostel facilities are only for boys but there a lot of private hostels and rooms around the area. Ample parking space is available.
Faculty: The faculty is considerable as far as the teaching is concerned. Video lectures were made mandatory for every subject so they made use of some digital methods for teaching. The industrial visit was something my batch never had. My juniors were taken for one day visit, but they said it was not that good. Every faculty in the college has a nearly similar approach to complete the syllabus which makes the college quite monotonous. But again, most of the colleges in the city have the same story.
Other: Mechanical and electrical branches were doing fine. So if you get these branches, its a go. But otherwise, no reasons to take admissions. Admissions in IT branch was shut down in 2012 and electronics is on the verge of shutting down. Civil was recently started in the college.

Other: College focus on Personality Development and Skills rather than knowledge of books. Ambience of the college is very good and provide all necessary facilities to students. Faculty are also good and sorts every problem relating to them, this thing I like the most.
