A home away from home (GPCET) experience.
Placements: In placement activity in 2022, 90% of students were hired. Now, in 2023 and 2024, 60% of students were hired by companies. The highest package in my college is 25 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top companies in the recruitment process include TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. The college provides internships for all students. Roles depend on the companies: Java Developer, Data Science Engineer, Data Analyst, and different domains.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are good in college. Lab facilities are good, including core lab facilities and computer/desktop facilities. For girls, campus hostel is available, and rooms are good. For boys, no hostel facility is inside the campus. The college has good medical facilities. For sports, good facilities are available like cricket nets, grounds, a volleyball court, a big basketball court, indoor games, tennis court, table tennis, and gym facilities. A city bus facility is also available for students. The campus canteen is good.
Faculty: The faculty are strong in academics. All faculty are qualified in their discipline and have good knowledge of the subjects. They teach really well and in an understandable way. If we have any concerns about topics, we can directly approach and ask them. The faculty are friendly. Most students are now looking for the IT industry, and campus provides all types of facilities for IT and core sectors. GATE teaching is also there. Semester exams are not that difficult because they teach really well. The pass percentage is good, but I don't know exactly.
Other: I chose this course because I did a Diploma in the same stream, so I chose B.Tech as well. I am interested in the semiconductor industry, so I chose this course. There are strict rules and regulations in college. Many events in the college are held, like the college fest, fresher day, annual day, graduation day, and many department and sports events conducted by the college.

Review of G Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: There are too many students in the college, and in my course, the percentage of students is 80%. The highest package of my course is 8 LPA and the lowest package in my college is 3 LPA. Top roles from my company come from medium software companies.
Infrastructure: The faculty are good for the students as they have good experience. From the faculty, they learn languages and from labs, we will get Wi-Fi. There is no Wi-Fi in classrooms, but there is good food supplied, although the cost is high.
Faculty: The teachers impart knowledge to the students, who learn from them. Semester exams are conducted by the faculty, and CCTV is placed in each classroom. The percentage of students who pass the exam is 35%.
Other: There are good job opportunities for students in these courses. Events are conducted by the students.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of strict rules and faculty.
Placements: The percentage of students who were placed in our course is 70%. The average package offered in our course is between 4 and 11 LPA. The top recruiting company in our course is IBM Amazon. The percentage of students who got internships from our course is 60%. Roles offered by IEEE.
Infrastructure: Satisfied hostel. Very strict rules, no medical facilities, no library permission, poor quality of food. No sports or games. Students are forced to study. Basically, I am a scholar student. But my friends who were in the hostel complained more about it.
Faculty: No teachers were helpful, but all faculty are qualified. Average teaching quality. I don't think so, but some of the students reach the industry. Semester exams are very difficult. Pass percentage is 80%. Most of the faculty are knowledgeable and technical.
Other: Because it has both hard and soft core sides.

In these, there are good faculty and some facilities are not proper.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in our college is nearly 500 students. In my college, the highest package is 8LPA and the lowest package is 3LPA. The highest recruiting company in my college is Vodafone. The percentage of students securing internships is 30%. In my college, the top role is Computer Science in AIML.
Infrastructure: In these, there are some good facilities and activities such as games, etc. The classrooms are comfortable for the students to listen, and the labs are equipped with Wi-Fi cables. In the canteen, they provide all the food in the college.
Faculty: Yes, they are qualified in their knowledge. Some teachers have completed their Ph.D. They came to this college for the experience. This college is making the students industry-ready in four semesters. The semester exams are done very rigorously by the teachers.
Other: In these, becoming a software professional is my choice, and through this, I seek respect. I also aim to start my own business in the future.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful to the students, and there is good faculty. The semesters are conducted by the faculty very strictly, and there are CCTV cameras in each class which are monitored by the faculty. The pass percentage in my college is 30%.
Other: There are good job opportunities for these courses in my college. I improved by taking these courses and learned skills through them. There are fests conducted by the students and faculty.

Obviously, you are eligible for B.Tech but not in EAMCET colleges. You can join in private universities like SRM, VIT, LPU, Manipal, etc. and you have so many private colleges also. Wish you good luck!
