A General Review of a Student of Galgotias.
Placements: Overall, the placement of Galgotias College is average, with 3 to 4 LPA for lower branches, and the average package for Computer Science-related branches is around 5 to 6 LPA. Wipro, Infosys, TCS, HCL Technologies, etc. are the top recruitment companies for my course.
Infrastructure: Galgotias has separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. The campus hostels are surrounded by lush green lawns and playing fields. Galgotias University has a cafeteria that serves a variety of food options to cater to the diverse tastes of students.
Faculty: Faculty members of Galgotias College are very well-educated and have good teaching experience. Per semester, classes have no proper time frame; they will complete one semester in 3 months or sometimes 5 months. The end-sem exams are quite tough and need good preparation to clear the exam.

Review of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Almost 65% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, while the lowest was 5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included HCL, Samsung, MI, Amazon, and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is beautiful but small. The library is not very spacious, although it has many books. Our college has a digital library but fewer computers. Separate hostels are provided for boys and girls. The food served in the mess is average, while the canteen is very good.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and highly qualified. The teaching quality is good, with some Ph.D. holders among them. Many faculty members have been educated at top institutes in India, like IITs and NITs. Semester exams are not very difficult, and the pass percentage is 85-90%.
Other: I chose this course because I like the Electrical and Electronics branch.

Faculties are good, the environment is good, and it's a good experience overall.
Placements: I haven't been in the placements yet, but from what I have heard and seen from my seniors, the placements are okay if you have good skills within your domain. The percentage of students getting placed is good if you consider off-campus placements also.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well maintained, and laboratories are also quite good. The library is a bit short on space, if you ask me, but still good considering the number of students that usually go there to study. Sports facilities are just average, and you won't get enough time to be there either.
Faculty: Faculties are good; some of them are not that supportive, which is totally normal, as you won't get all good everywhere. The curriculum is the same as AKTU mentions, easy to moderate levels of exams for which you need to just focus on the things taught in class, and a one-nighter before the exams is enough to get you going.
Other: My course is EEE, which is quite vast when it comes to the curriculum. I personally took this course because it has both electrical and electronics as its domain subjects, which I'm really interested in. Events and fests happen quite often; there's always something or the other happening here.

Everything you should know about the Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: If the students qualify the eligibility criteria to sit in a placement, then about 90% of students got placed in my course, which is Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The highest package in my college is 1.2 CR, though it is out of campus. The highest in-campus placement is about 54 LPA, and most packages range from 5-6 LPA. The good thing about my college is that if you are from the core branch, core companies will also come for placement. If you are good in aptitude and coding, you can sit for the placement rounds for tech companies as well. When it comes to internships, there are very few companies that visit the college for internships. However, if you are qualified enough, you can secure internships through your own skills. Our college is situated in Greater Noida, so there are plenty of opportunities off-campus as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, given its 20-25 acres campus. The whole campus is green and clean, and we have all the basic facilities. Classrooms are spacious, and each classroom is air-conditioned, so overall, the infrastructure is student-friendly. The only downside is the hostel; there are very few seats available in the on-campus hostel compared to the number of students. Most students have to find accommodations in private hostels off-campus, which is a drawback. Overall, the on-campus hostel is also student-friendly and provides all the basic facilities and good food quality.
Faculty: We have well-qualified and student-friendly teachers and faculty members who guide students throughout the semester, addressing not only academic concerns but also mental health. The course is relevant, and everything depends on your skills and qualifications. In addition to the conventional syllabus, there are some value-added subjects and a minor degree that help prepare students to be industry-ready.

GCET is quite good for engineering.
Placements: Hello everyone! I am currently pursuing a B.Tech. in EEE from this college. In my course, about 70 percent of students will graduate in 2023. From my knowledge, the highest package from my course would be 1200000, the lowest was 300000 and the average package is 5–6 Lacs. The top recruiting companies for my batch is Siemens, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite decent. The library is a little far from all the blocks but quite good. Talking about the classroom, every classroom now has AC. The buildings have a maximum of 5 floors without lifts, but I think it's good for your health. The Wi-Fi connections are fast in college hostels but there is no availability of Wi-Fi in classrooms. The hostel mess is not good; its sometimes too oily and sometimes okay in taste.
Faculty: The faculty members are not very supportive here. You have to do everything by yourself. Although the teachers have good qualifications, almost everyone has graduated from IIT, NIT or DU. The semester exams are a little tough but you can easily get good marks if you study continuously.
Other: Events and festival culture are not good.
